The service I received was excellent. I went there with my wife, and we had to buy one get one free coupon for two large coffees. My wife innocent told me that she did not want hey sweet coffee. She changed her mind and then wanted a Sweet coffee. I took the coffee back and request that it be made sweet. They changed it and did not even ask questions. I was made to love my wife’s liking and it was awesome. it was made by the redhead girl and I did not catch her name but she appeared to be a supervisor or a manager in back. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

The employee working the drive through had amazing pink hair and was super kind when I asked about the maple bourbon pecan drink suggested I try it and I wasnt disappointed and of course the iced Carmel apple cider was delicious as well little disappointed they didnt have bacon for my egg and cheese waffle sandwich but it was still yummy

Went got a coffee and a banana berry or something the smoothie was okay and the coffee i assume tasted okay but my girlfriend has a dairy allergy and though it was requested to use oat milk we dont believe it was. Sadly this has affected her In a negative manner. Also a little off putting to order and receive half of it then while waiting asked if you had another order which was promptly made after. however while yes there were other people in the store there wasnt anyone else who needed to be helped/ had ordered. Everyone looked busy when we came in enough I had to wait to order which is fine but to then not get the order right is a little frustrating.

Went through today with my girlfriend. I ordered a redbull creme freeze with strawberry and blueberry, and my girlfriend got a frozen tea latte with whipped cream. We were the only people in line, and we waited over a half an hour to be greeted at the window, and another 10 minutes to get our drinks. When we got the drinks, both of them were made wrong. They left out the strawberry, blueberry, and zip that i paid for and is shown on the receipt, and my girlfriends tea latte tasted disgusting compared to how it normally tastes, and they left out the whipped cream that she paid for. If i could give half a star i would.

We don’t have these in my part of Ohio and stopped after a long day to get a coffee. Very quick service, very friendly, and they know how to make hot tea properly….which puts them ahead than any other chain coffee shop.

Understaffed and overwhelmed.
Two employees did their best during a morning rush, but 20+ minute wait and a lost order did not make a good experience.
Additionally, there was meat, cheese, and bread sitting on the metal counter and pushed under the ovens. Not an appetizing sight.
