I am a doordasher. I had a delivery sent to this store at 730am. The gal working has got to be the funniest most wonderful worker i have ever met at a subway. She is gold a deserves the biggest raise ever.

We ordered for the office 6 sandwiches. None of the sandwiches were marked to designate what was inside My sandwich did not have some items that were selected, and we did not receive a receipt upon delivery. Store stated that they could not drop off the receipt and at our Dr. office, we can not leave to pick up a receipt due to patient needs. That is why we had it delivered and paid $15 extra. Not good!

I know how people feel about Subway, and generally I agree, but if you want to have an actual great experience at a Subway, then this is the one. My sandwich artist was Max and was delightful. They were attentive and efficient while maintaining an incredibly friendly demeanor. Everything was clean and fresh and I would definitely come back. Loved it!

Paid extra for lettuce spinach black olives onions. I got no lettuce 3 black olives 2 onions and 3 pieces of spinach.i called up there she said yeah that was me who made it.. I asked her if she even read the damn order

Bread was over cooked from the start which made my bread all crumbly …not too happy about it, let the employee know, but he didn’t remake my sandwhich.. he said it was because of the the toasting,however even with toasting at other subways I have never had this issue .. hoping next time I go there will be improvements.

This subway is close to my home so I would like to go here but unfortunately the workers are the reason why I will not be going back!! Who ever the older lady with the glasses is she needs to re do training or just find a different job!! ordering online 90% of the time it’s messed up or they didn’t get everything on the order!! And are rude when asked to correct it!! But there is a young lady that is super cool and nice there atleast!!

Called early in the morning on Christmas Eve to know what their holiday hours were. Fellow said open until 4:00 pm. Placed an online order for 3:30 pm to insure I could get a sandwich. Got there at 3:30 pm and the place was closed. Saw some people walking around and knocked on window. Some old lady came to the window and pointed to a sign that originally said open until 4:00 pm but was scratched out to read 3:00 pm. Too bad, we”re closed. While leaving, some guy enters the building and I asked him if he was the owner. Says he is the district manager and they are open based on volume. Got home and there was an email sent at 3:20 saying my order had been cancelled. Really? Someone knew I had an order and manually cancelled the order and never called me. Not going to this Subway store again. Guess it’s better not to place an online order since they may be closed even though hours are posted.

Went there at 9pm, got my sandwich. Went to sit down and the girl working said I couldn’t eat there because they were closing the lobby in 20 mins. First off it wouldn’t take me 20 mins to eat and they don’t close til 10. She was very rude in the way she said it. Why would u close the lobby 40 mins before u close? I will never go to this subway again

I’ve been coming here forever and it’s always good but one time they gave me the wrong cookie and didn’t want to exchange it because I touched it. Well they handed it to me. But this time I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich. Whatever they call it and the kid that made it was new and kept forgetting what to put on it and by the time he was done it was dripping in sauce and impossible to eat. I upgraded to the meal which I never do and even tipped them two bucks because that’s what I like to do. But when I went across the street to my office, the person that was splitting it with laughed and said that was uneatable and although I tried to eat my half, it was so swimming and sauce it was gross. I called and explained this and after the long pause I realized she was just letting me talk with no idea on what to do. I guess I wasn’t looking for much other than a in exchange or credit, but I was told that I would have to bring in the sandwich so she would give me credit for the portion I didn’t eat. Unbelievable customer service. I own local businesses in retail, one in the same town and to save yourselves $5 and potentially lose somebody that spents probably $1,000 a year is insanity. I took pictures. I’ll probably follow up because by principal they should have handled this differently. Come on man. We can do better.
