A friend recommended Freddy’s and I tried it and now I’ve become a regular. Today I ate at the one in Alcoa. The place was clean and the cashier was very friendly. My favorite so far is the Freddy’s Original Bacon and Cheese Double. I haven’t tried the tater tots, but the French Fries are great! They have the perfect crispy and salty balance. Also, their shakes are really good. The prices are reasonable and the quality and consistency is great. I’ve been to several locations now and all of them have been consistently good. This Alcoa location is friendly and consistently clean. The food is a good value and tastes great! Plus, I like the cute red and white retro decor. There’s an outside patio area, too. Oh, they have old fashioned root beer, too. Check it out! Highly recommend.

Went in last night for dinner with the kids. The kid at the register could not be more uninterested in helping you. He spoke very low and I couldn’t understand most of what he said. After we ordered we had to clean the table when we finally got one. The dinning area really needed some attention. We got our food and they left out my daughters fries. Tried to get someones attention to rectify that was hard. We did finally get that taken care of. I always get a California burger and it didn’t taste the same. It had almost no sauce on it but was still good with some ketchup. The fries are always good and had no problems there. It was a good meal but needs some improvement. We like the Seymour location a lot better. All this being said it’s a brand new location and has some growing pains. I have no doubt they’ll get it figured out with time. It’s still Freddy’s so it’s pretty good. I would recommend a visit and remember they are getting things up and running. I look forward to this place when they hit their stride.

We ordered 2 shakes and an order of cheese curds. These shakes were AWFUL! I ordered a orange Creamsicle shakes and it was like someone poured an entire pack of kool-aid in melted ice cream. And it was literally $6 for this lodge size shake. $20 for 2 shakes that were so gross we threw then away. The only thing decent t was the cheese curds. But WAY overpriced!

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean place, looks nice. A bit on the small side for a FF chain but maybe most people get their order to go. Skinny, skinny fries (my favorite!) Burger was decent. I ordered a Turtle shake – don’t get that. Don’t get heavy stuff in your shake as it all sinks to the bottom.

GROSS… Let start with the 2 foot hair that we got with our lunch. The girl that handed us our bag didn’t seem surprised at all, like she was expecting it. CRAZY. The tater tots were burnt and dumped into the bottom of our bag(see pic). The hamburgers were extra extra extra salty.
And they looked like that, they were thrown into the bag from across the room(see pic). The service was super slow. No one apologized for the slow service or the 2 foot long hair that we received.

Service was good food was good employees very friendly. We got burgers, cheese curds and chili cheese fries.
I was a little bit concerned that the Manager or whoever was sitting at a big booth by himself on his phone and laptop during a lunch rush with no regards the guests waiting on a seat to pay his salary. Very sad when the upper management thinks they are better than the reason they have that position.

We stopped by during the preview event and were really impressed. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-run—you wouldn’t have known it wasn’t their first official day yet. The cheeseburger was great, fries were crisp, and the Oreo custard was even better than expected. The staff was welcoming and the whole place had a good energy. Nice to see Freddy’s open up in Alcoa—looking forward to going back.

The food was good however we went through the drive thru on this rainy Sunday evening. The drive thru was slow, and the attendant at the window seemed very irritated and impatient. When we got our food despite the fact that it was hot, the box with the chili cheese fries was not in tact or even closed like a box, the burger was smashed and not appetizing to look at despite its flavor. The other burger we got was in good shape but the box was smashed and not closed. The tots were in the bottom
Of the bag. I’ve been to a Freddy’s in Ohio where it originated and I’ve never experienced the lack of professionalism and lack of attention to details. That is extremely disappointing. We were so excited Freddy’s had moved south to TN

First time at Freddie’s, but won’t be the last. The service was great, from the friendly cashier at the counter, Sheila, to the young man that delivered my order to the table.
The dining area was very clean.
I enjoyed the original burger meal. The double patty burger was cooked just right. I was pleasantly surprised by the fries. They were shoestring cut and perfectly seasoned.

I had my initial visit to Freddy’s on Vererans day. They were giving out free vouchers for a free meal. I exchanged my voucher for a meal last week. I must say, for a smashed burger, they were bigger than most other places. I had the California double. It was quite good and the onion rings were a hit as well. I will definitely be going back in the future.
