Bread was over cooked from the start which made my bread all crumbly …not too happy about it, let the employee know, but he didn’t remake my sandwhich.. he said it was because of the the toasting,however even with toasting at other subways I have never had this issue .. hoping next time I go there will be improvements.

Unfortunate experience. Upon entering felt I I not welcome immediately. Following this, the “shift lead” or “manager” (middle eastern gentleman with a pony tail) treated us poorly. Unable to accommodate customer needs, the staff was unruly and rude. Being a former employee, I wish the best for the franchise, but I will no longer be visiting location. Also the mobile app was down and the manager was not willing to take our order in person.

Best Subway that I’ve been too. Always clean. Always has a good appearance. Almost every time I’ve been in here, which is often, the floors have just been cleaned. My fiance and I come here a lot, and I use the gym across the street and it’s hands down the nicest Subway around. Randy, the guy at the counter is always incredibly friendly and always has a patient demeanor even when it’s busy. Please make sure to thank him for us, as we’ve said time and time again that his attitude is one of the reasons we go here. I have been working in restaurants my whole life, so I know how hard it is to be peppy, especially 10 minutes to close. As long as people like him are working here, I’ll be a customer.
