I understand that the staff may have been busy or handling other matters. However, I stood inside the establishment for approximately 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged in any way. During that time, I was on my work break and had limited availability.
When I politely asked the elderly staff member if it would be much longer, her response made me feel as though I was being intrusive simply for asking a reasonable question. As a paying customer, I believe basic acknowledgment and courtesy should be extended, even during busy moments.
Although I ultimately chose not to make a purchase, the experience was genuinely disappointing. It wasn’t about the wait alone — it was about feeling unwelcome and dismissed. I hope this feedback can help improve customer service interactions in the future.

I tried to order delivery for my lunch break, and wouldn’t have come for 2 hours… I ordered tuna. When I tried to call and cancel the order the lady said she couldn’t do it and kept telling me “it’s okay you can come to the store”. I called again heated and she said “just this one time I will cancel for you”. It seemed reasonable to me considering when I ordered it said it would only take 15-25 minutes. She just didn’t want to do it.

Was there had a decent sandwich. However they added a 10 precent tip on my sandwich. I did not select it. No one answers phone when trying to call. Put in a complaint on the website. Get a no we didn’t bs email response. Saying nope you’re wrong we don’t care. Well I won’t be back Ild suggest others watch for them doing this. I’ll just work with my cc company.

I ordered through the app. Picked up my sandwiches. When I went home, I come to find out that my 1 foot tuna sandwich only had one scoop of tuna and there was only a few pieces of chicken on my other 1 foot sandwich. I know subway started skimping people on meat because they want people to pay more for extra meat but this was beyond that. There was literally just veggies on the sandwich. This location and the guy making these sandwiches are trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Placed an order on the app and had it delivered. When I received the order the driver handed me the order and I told him I was missing half the order. When trying to call the store it was answered but hung up right away. It isn’t easy trying to get a refund of things I didn’t get.
