Me and my lover came in amidst our 2 and a half hour drive for lunch, we had our sandwiches all made then we ordered the footlong cookie but they were out, but we happened to be lucky enough that the staff gave us 2 free chocolate chip cookies and they were fresh too! Not to mention it was overall just a nice clean enviorment, kind workers, and as always great food!

Visited this Subway around 7:45–8 PM and had a very unpleasant experience. The older lady making subs was rude, unwelcoming, and made uncomfortable facial expressions, as if customers were a burden. What was disturbing was how she smiled and acted friendly toward the white customer before us, but completely changed her attitude when it was our turn.
We are paying customers and deserve basic respect.
On the bright side, the young male employee was polite and professional — kudos to him.
Because of the poor treatment, we won’t be returning to this location.

Came in went through what sub I wanted bread and cheese the lady never said a world from that point forward. She makes the sub never looks up again got the bread correct but went with whatever cheese she wanted cooked it and never said a thing again kinda rude like if you dont like your job stay home

I went in to the Subway in Dundee,MI on December 4, 2024 at 2:37 pm to see if an online order went through because the amount for what I had ordered was already taken out, the employee said I have nothing to do with that, nothing has came through, but the website when I tried to reorder kept saying my card was declined. So I got charged for food I didn’t even get to eat and the website wouldn’t let me reorder. The employee could have easily asked what I ordered and made it since I had proof that Subway charged me already. Horrible.

Just ordered subway through doordash. It was a very long wait. The driver was at the store but the order was not ready. I recieved my food. The cheddar cheese sauce was cold and short 1 container. I opened my sandwich, it was a foot longbut. No tomatoes, 2 pieces of bacon and the sub was not cut. Very disappointed!
