Walked in to get some lunch with my family The man making sandwiches was the rudest person I’ve ever met The ladies in front of me was ordering and she asked for her veggies and he said no sauce first excuse us but we can get it anyway we want to that’s the whole purpose of you making the sandwich for us then proceeds to look at me and say it’s going to be a long time because I got to make all these orders that are ahead and pointed at some receipts on the table. Very rude unprofessional will never return again.

This Subways restaurant is the closest to me so I always go here. For the first time almost 5 years I have received a bad performance as my Subways account was being used to make orders and I called the restaurant to cancel my orders when the call was picked up and I can hear people in the background just for the call to go quiet and get hung up. Otherwise the food and the people I meet there are friendly and nice but making a call was the worst performance I have ever received.

Allen the manager has always been very efficient and timely. He greets me and everyone else that come in when I’m there with a smile and enthusiasm! My food is always fresh and made with care. I will continue to go to BC Subway!! Thanks Allen much appreciated and keep up the good work!!

I ordered delivery tho this location and I’ve never seen a sandwich so disgustingly made. They didn’t even toast it so I have a cold sandwich with about 1/4lb of sauce and the bread has absorbed the sauce like a sponge, it’s vile. I got offered $3 to make up for it.

Terrible experience. The night crew may not know how to fully read or just lack the skills to pay attention to detail. My online delivery order was a mess. I avoid this location because lack of reading/ paying attention to detail happened previously. This location is where doordash sent my order which is why this is a repeat offense. Sloppy food, sloppy receipt, sloppy execution. Go to Crystal’s location if you can.

Syah what’s wonderful that young lady was very respectable I came into the store she had a line almost out the door she got everyone’s orders done quickly and professional even though some guests were being very rude to her she is does an excellent job that young lady needs to raise she was working all those guests by herself and still maintained a professional attitude you guys have a very great worker she needs to be appreciated

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The store manager Edwin, is very prideful and vindictive. Yesterday I came for a sandwich and I asked for REGULAR mayonnaise and he put LIGHT MAYO and I told him that’s not what I asked for and to remake my sandwich. He got upset and stated that the bottles labeled MAYO and LIGHT MAYO were the same thing. Well if they’re the same thing why’re there two different labeled caps? So I told him that’s still not what I asked for and to remake my sandwich and he kept repeating it’s the same thing. So I left and went to the subway in Brooklyn Park. Today I decided to go again with hopes that he wouldn’t be there but sure enough he was. I ordered the same thing and said clearly that I wanted regular mayo and pointed to it and he laughed and said “you’re the only one that I have to deal with that’s like this”. I responded and told him that all he’s supposed to do is make my sandwich! He began to yell at me and I yelled back and we shouted at each other for a good 5 minutes. He told me that I always come in with an attitude, that he’s the manager and he can tell me to leave if he wants.. etc.

Very poor experience here and I will NEVER return. I’ve never encountered a business with someone as unprofessional and PRIDEFUL like him in a managerial position. Whether I have an attitude or not, I came here to get a quick bite to eat and that’s all! If you make a mistake on my food then simply remake it! You don’t need to make sly comments and internalize whatever a customer says. All I asked for was him to remake my sandwich. I hope disciplinary actions will be taken.

Sooooo will never go to this location again. CHARGED for double protein and cheese neither happened. Requested extra sauce hardly any let alone and extra. The workers were rude, unwelcoming, and more interested in thier phones them helping customers.
