Did not eat here. Walked in 20 minutes before close 9:40pm 6/23/24 and the employee said he was closed. I asked him if he said he was closing 20 minutes early and he said yeah he starts cleaning up at this time and is closed. Multiple people walked in behind us as well, and he mumbled something along the lines of “people don’t know how to read” (referring to him shutting the neon open sign off). The people who came in behind us asked the employee if he would be helping all of us and the employee responded with “do i really have a choice?” then they others said they don’t want to be be a burden and left. We left shortly after with the assumption that the quality would likely reflect the work ethic and attitude of this individual.

I placed an online order at 853pm their website says closes at 10pm. It said my order would be ready at 915pm. I get there and a teenager or young adult said they were closed. He was making a sub for which I assume was his girlfriend, family member or maybe a friend. Incognitoly he ran it to her vehicle which wasnt just a costomer interaction. He very well could have made my order. Instead he made one, probably for free for a close person to him. I asked how I get my money back. He said he didn’t know I had to tell him to call his manager. I dont even know if he truly did. He said I would get it refunded tomorrow. Its 2 days later and still no refund. I try to call the store but it goes to the busy beep signal after the automated message. This is robbing someone. Where is the work ethics these days? Now I have to inconveniently drive to the store to speak to someone. I am sure the manager isnt there and this will continue to be a problem in my life. This wasnt just a 15$ order. It was for my family. Very unprofessional, very poor service. If they close at 9 instead of 10, it should be online and you should not be able to place an order. Also, they have my contact information on their recipet I am assuming. The guy could have contacted me to let me know. I want to speak to a manager yet you cant even call. I dont want torequest to cancel it from my bank account. Because they put a hold on future purchases. I need access to my account. I am hoping when I go in there they will make it right. By giving me my money back and offering up a free lunch for my Son and I.

Terrible experience—again. This is the second time I’ve had a bad visit here. The woman working was rude and unfriendly. Both bathroom doors were locked and apparently out of order. Service was painfully slow, and she ran the cash register with gloves still on from making sandwiches, then back to food—gross. I won’t be back. There’s a much better Subway just up the street. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

I placed an order 45 minutes before pick up time, when I arrived it still wasn’t made. Worker saw I was waiting and decided to still help people as they came in the door. Finally after he was seeing I was getting upset he said he was “working on them now”, and yet the topping are again not correct! This has happened multiple times now. Its ridiculous especially when I always add a tip before I get there! I’m done with this location it’s awful for mobile orders.

This was a really good location and staff but now days is a dirty store, not pleasant staff most of the time, dirty eating area and trash outside.

Location is trash. The employees here just don’t care about the store or customer service. Employees were hanging out with friends when I came like there wasn’t any work to do. But when I went to use the bathroom it was disgusting. So they should have been cleaning them, even the bare minimum would have been nice. Would never go to this location again

Mobile order got there early was fine with waiting however the two girls that were working were just playing around and then their group of friends came into the place loud and yelling. These two girls were so distracted had their hands while wearing gloves touching their face and mouth while handing food because their group of friends came into the store saying we run the store ourselves we are own boss to their friends they almost gave my online order to someone who was trying to take someone else’s meal on purpose but not only that they actually gave me the wrong meal was not a great experience tonight
