Our first time here and we really enjoyed our burgers and fries. I had the 345 burger, my husband the Elevation Burger, both cooked perfectly and not at all greasy. The fries were good, not great, and I did appreciate that they do not over salt the fries. Nice selection of soft drinks to choose from. Clean facilities and friendly cashier.

Wow, such an incredible burger (just ate the ranch and guacamole one) and the fries were amazing too. The staff was super friendly (had no idea they were going to bring my food to me), and the place is sparkly clean – with someone jumping on any mess almost ASAP – I’m super impressed by how well the place is kept.

First of all I ordered online so all I could go by was the pictures which made the burgers and sandwiches look monstrous. Reality: small, underwhelming, and disappointing. Second not everything online matches what they have in the store so what I thought I ordered I didn’t get or was not clearly communicated to the kitchen, which could be clearly seen in the discrepancy between online receipt and the physical one after pick up. Third, the food; while the meat options were tender and juicy the sandwiches lacked size and fixings. The tenders I ordered for the kids came with just 2 minor sized for $8, so not worth the price, additionally if it’s on the kids menu why does it have a spicy rub? But if marketed to adults the the spice is fine but portion was extremely small about 2in long and an inch wide
Grilled cheese also disappoints with size, bread, and cheese. Fries definitely need more salt since they were flavorless. Lastly, not the best customer service either. I’ll stick with Five Guys.
Edit: after this review customer service reached out to me and refunded the meal. It is nice to see they have a keen interest in customer opinions.

I have tried twice in 2 different locations and I am not happy at all. First time veggie burger was awful. Second time listening to my sister say how good it was I thought to give it another try. But, nope…I just can’t do it. The veggie burgers need some help. They have to try a different recipe or something. They are dry and tasteless. I make better veggie burgers at home. They’re french fries were ok.

Vienna location is my favorite! Staff is always so nice and accommodating! Great customer service even during these difficult times!!! There is always a female working when I go in, maybe the manager. She is so pleasant! Food is always delicious and as ordered! I like that you can order the fries extra crispy! Thank you! Elevation Burger has always been really good to me. The restaurant in Vienna is pretty typical but located in a good area and is clean enough to enjoy a meal. The food has always left me feeling full but not too weighed down or lethargic.

Five guys takes the win. I order online , a paleo burger which means wrapped in lettuce , therefore the seasoning or dressing have to be heavy to add the flavor the lettuce lacks, just like a salad. I added onions(got 4 thin slices at the bottom of burger) bacon and mayo plus a fried egg. I barely got any mayo, like a 1/2 a tsp maybe , the eggs and burger seem to have zero salt so the burger tasted like I was eating chewy cardboard. Tasteless and hard .

Disappointing flavor, met time expectation. Party of 5 ordered 3 regular burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. The burgers were tough and lacked flavor, while the crispy chicken was not fried properly, leaving a pasty, flour residue.
