I was absolutely craving my usual which is a spicy Italian with banana peppers and peppercorn ranch, I always have a hard time at other subways because they usually just throw everything on top of some bread and call it a day which really sucks but when I came to this subway on Central, I was helped by one of the nicest and sweetest people ever, I believe her name is Kye. I ordered what I usually get and she beautifully put all the toppings evenly and actually cared about me having a good sandwich which was absolutely amazing. When I took the first bite it was like the scene from ratatouille, I was in heaven and it was all thanks to Kye. I will be going here from now on in hopes Kye is working just to be able to have a great experience and a beautifully crafted subway sandwich. She deserves a raise!!

First time issue – I ordered delivery through the app just to receive a call from an employee at the store saying they don’t do delivery & Id need to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up my order they said a driver had come to pick it up already. I called my significant other and sure enough the food had been delivered. I told the employees what happened and how furious I was he simply said “sorry.”

Gone here for years. Tonite I ordered on my app picked up my order lady at the window said something bout the tomatoes and gave me my bag. Got home the sandwiches weren’t even close to what I ordered. Called and some guy said that’s what you ordered. Guess they lost my business.

My first time ordering from this place and it was a disaster. I ordered online this evening for our dinner and the total came to $47.06, and it was supposed to be done by 6:10pm. I sent the family out to pick it up since I was busy at home… and I was surprised to get a call about 6:30 from my son telling me they don’t have our order. I sent a screenshot I took when the order was confirmed, figuring they got the wrong place, but that wasn’t the case. They supposedly never received our order. Our card was charged, but no confirmation email was sent and nothing was received by the store. My family is upset now, and they are letting it spoil our evening.
