Now I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one!
I recently stopped into Salsa Fresca and decided to try a chicken bowl. I don’t really come here often. I am usually a Chipotle, Panchero’s, or Moe’s customer, and this was only my second or third time ever at Salsa Fresca, and my first time ordering a bowl. Because I was unfamiliar with the ingredients and toppings, I had a lot of questions and took a little extra time deciding what to order.
From the moment I walked in, Tee made the entire experience comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Every question was answered with patience and kindness, without ever making me feel rushed or awkward for not knowing the menu. That alone made a huge difference!
On top of that, I had some trouble initially signing up for the loyalty rewards, and Tee took the time to help me through the process and made sure everything was set up properly so I didn’t miss out on my points. That level of care and attention really stood out! 🙂 The service provided went above and beyond in a way that felt thoughtful and personal, not just transactional… if you get what I mean?
From the initial greeting when I walked in, to the friendly send-off wishing me a good night and to enjoy my meal, the customer service here genuinely meant a lot to me. It was the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Honestly, it has me seriously considering becoming a regular here instead of defaulting to Chipotle or Moe’s. Special shout-out to the manager (I forgot your name I’m so sorry!) too, she’s always very friendly and enthusiastic every time I come in no matter what time of day! That’s resilience and great service there too! (I do Uber Eats / DoorDash deliveries from time to time so I see her sometimes)

(My bowl was amazing btw. Everything tasted fresh, the sweet chipotle was delicious, and I really enjoyed it. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. The service gets a 9.9/10 from me and would be a 10/10 if you had pinto beans. Please consider adding pinto beans someday Salsa Fresca! I’m not exactly a black beans kinda guy hahah. Ok nah… I kid! 10/10 either way! )

First time going here today and me and my son enjoyed our meal. Food is good and fresh. Its made right in front of u also. Great service from Torey who is so sweet, and kind.very clean too. I will go back there again. Bye bye to Chipotle. Hello to Fresca.

I am writing to you after I just left your Manchester location. I had the absolute most worst service and experience since you have opened. I placed the order online as you see through the attached, the order was completely wrong and because there’s no way of reaching the store, I had to drive all the way from my home to return my order because there was no way to reorder and let it be known my order was wrong. Not only was this a waste of my time it also cut into a birthday celebration because of needing to replace the order which was for the birthday person. I don’t know the white girl’s name but she proceeded to argue with me that the order was correct. I’m allergic to onions, my order was completely wrong which did not have the extra sauce as requested but most importantly it came with onions on it something that I said I am allergic to. The next order was wrong and that it did not have the two Meats requested and that is the order that had the extra sauce placed on it. The girl told me to go have a seat and I told her I’m not going to go have a seat I’m going to watch her. I was not going to risk my order being wrong yet again. As she proceeded to make my order again she messed up again gave me double grilled chicken when I proceeded to correct her she got mad and started laughing I told her that there was double meat but it was with the barbecue meat. So on top of the double grilled chicken she gave me barbecue chicken on top of it and then added all the fixings to the point where the burrito barely closed and actually ripped. She then proceeded to make the following order and I told her it’s supposed to have extra sauce she says I will give it to you on the side. I told her if I wanted it on the side I would have put that on the notes anytime I ask for extra sauce it is put directly onto the burrito. I said I don’t see what the problem is if you haven’t closed the burrito why you can’t put the extra sauce on it she continued to laugh in my face and found this to be really funny. The darker skin girl in there then told the white girl to go to the back and she took over doing the order and yes she did try to deescalate the situation however it was beyond that point. I expressed to her it’s not my fault if one or two employees have a problem reading a receipt that is not my problem but what is my problem is my wasted time and money at this point. I expressed to her that I come to this location all the time and I’ve never had this experience. Now you guys have not always gotten my orders correct but I never faced the pushback that I did today. I did tell her since my money is not appreciated I will not spend my money here again. might I add because the white girl did make the second order incorrect the other girl did have to come and make a new burrito after the fact again. I told her I wanted some type of compensation as what’s been done in the past I didn’t care if it was a soda but the fact that my time was wasted on such a meaningful day in my gas was wasted after already paying for delivery service I wanted something in return. She told me she could not give me a refund because I place my order online for which I told her I placed my order with you through your app so I don’t see why the order cannot be refunded or partially refunded. I told her fine put it on the gift card she says well I will have to contact the store manager I said well contact the store manager but I’m not leaving here until something is done. She then went into the system and said I will refund your whole order but I said can I have a receipt she says no I can’t give you a receipt I said well I want some type of proof so she says well let me see if I can turn the screen around so she turns the screen around and I had to take a picture on my cell phone for which is the attached as well. If I do not see this refunded rest assure I will dispute it with my credit card company. I did not appreciate this experience at all and I would expect more out of your employees.This place doesn’t deserve my service or money any longer. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for dinner and it was my first time trying Salsa Fresca and let me say great experience! Acknowledged the minute we walked in. I am not sure of her name was Hannah or Anna but the level of customer service we received was outstanding! I had a bit of a special request with my veggies being put on after the quesadilla was made just thinking they would be placed on top no biggie. Hannah/Anna opened up the quesadilla and put the veggies and guac in before cutting! Wasn’t expecting that level of service and all done without asking! Super friendly and just overall great experience! Will be going back!

Highly suggest eating here. Just walking in the plaza, the aroma of the food drew me in to check out the restaurant. Olivia was friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Was extremely fresh, homemade and some of the most tasty food I’ve had in a while. I was extremely impressed by the flavors and will definitely be back for more!

This place is very promising although, I almost turned around after looking at the protein options. Nothing but the chicken looked under 2-4 hours old. Everything else looked like the buffet table after the Super Bowl party when everyone goes home and the host hasn’t cleaned up yet. Not sure if you can eat it and not really sure it’s worth the diarrhea, but you go for it anyway…
The one enployee was so nice she kinda sold me on moving forward. But you could tell she was trying so hard but probably wiped out and exhausted. My burrito was very good. The chicken was done well and all the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I will try this again for sure because it was a nice change of pace, but I will go on a weekday when they are turning the product over more frequently.

Food was expensive for what it is, didnt have any flavor, I got nachos and there was literally no flavor to any of it. The queso also seems to be bacon flavored or something. The staff was nice but seemed very confused when I asked for basic items. Also drinks arent included even with the meals so 2 people ended up being $30+

The location was clean and had many great, fresh, options. I walked in thinking it was Chipotle, but it was better! The prices were better, the taste was nicer, and there were more options for your buck.
I am disabled and have many food restrictions including caffeine. Olivia and Talia helped me and went the extra mile to ensure what drinks they offered me didn’t have caffeine in them. They made my bowl perfectly and explained all the new options to me.
They were so kind, had friendly conversation, and it was a very VERY pleasant experience. I would totally recommend this place, it’s so much better than Chipotle or Moe’s, and it’s got such a nice feel to it.
Overall, the food was fresh and delicious. I had the bowl with baja chicken (seasoned SO well), brown rice, bacon, avocado, lettuce, and black beans. 10/10!
