I am not a Subway connoisseur however I must say… this is hands down the best Subway I have been to in my entire life. I took a long break from Subway after the deviating news about Jared and only recently had the heart to continue dining here after a strong suggestion was made by my friend while shipping. I obliged. My life hasn’t been this fresh in over a decade. They have a dedicated crew of sandwich artists that are reliable and friendly, always happy to customize orders and quick. The food is always crisp, and never crusty. I hate the bathroom area though, that could use major attention by the building maintenance, it’s just outdated and needs a revamp, imo. It’s like the harmar mall bathrooms.

I am a regular customer go there almost everyday and that rude Hispanic female manager they have is so disrespectful I always order double and she always purposefully under portions I understand you’re trying to maintain food costs down but when I respectfully ask for a full portion that I’m paying for she wants to argue and try to overcharge me? There are plenty of other locations in the area I can go to or restaurants to choose from I hope that extra .75 cents is worth losing a customer that spend over $200 a month there.

I switch between McD and Subway depending what I am hankering for. Both are closed to each other on the western edge of Hopkins downtown by Shady Oak Rd. Most customers opt for takeout including me. Despite the below average reviews, I have never encountered bad services in my past visits.

This location apparently resists corporate efforts to refresh the brand – same ingredients and same tired menu. I’ve tried this location a few times and have left disappointed on all occasions.

I was told I could make a purchase through the app and they would substitute the sandwich that wasn’t available via the app. After ordering, the manager told me they wouldn’t do that and was unhelpful in finding a solution.

The food was bland and extremely salty. Bathrooms were dirty. Management was unhelpful. Not a place I’ll return to.

Ordered online and picked it up. Got home to find 7 of my sandwich ingredients were missing, and onto of that they put olives on my sandwich which I did not order. Second sandwich was missing 3 ingredients.
When I complained Mike, the “manager” asked me if I had the right location because his employees would not mess up like that and claimed they could not find the order.. I responded and still have not heard back and I bet I don’t.

If I could give it zero stars I would. They got my DoorDash order wrong so I called. They apologized and told me the owner would call the next day. He didn’t. I then called again and she told me she couldn’t do anything about it until the owner came the next morning. So I went this morning and she was very rude when telling me she wouldn’t do anything for me. I told her I leave for vacation and won’t be back for a week and by then I’m sure there’s nothing that can be done and she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored what I had to say. Very unimpressed and it is also very frustrating not being able to talk to the rest of the workers because none of them speak an ounce of English. Glad to know the money I am giving to this store doesn’t touch any of those workers pockets.

I placed an online order for a future pick up time. I stopped in 20 minutes before the order was due, hoping to make a change…only to find out that the sandwiches were already done! I managed to get a hold of the owner. He was extremely rude and insisted that the sandwiches I received were hot and okay. I tried to explain to him that the fact the sandwiches were ready 20 minutes ahead of time is the problem itself. He hung up on me. So unless you’re ordering a cold sandwich, do not place an order ahead of time. They will ignore the pickup time and make it whenever it’s convenient for them. Maybe his employees have precognition and knew I was coming in early?

I walked in and ordered my food. While I was in line a lady came in stating she ordered a meal through door dash. They literally told her no other words except “confirm”. The lady said “My order is through doordash I cant really confirm theres no button to press but I can show you my order on my phone” and this man literally said “If you cant confirm then I cant give you the order.”

Jaw dropping honestly. I felt so bad for her.

My food wasnt bad but there is absolutely no reason to treat customers like that. Something wrong there for sure.

I placed an online order for delivery. What I ordered and paid for versus what I received was completely incorrect. I was missing a sandwich and combo. I even brought my online receipt into the store, to show proof that it was incorrect. Mike the store manager who was actually in the shower while taking my call, told me my receipt was incorrect and come back Monday morning to get the issue resolved. I unfortunately can’t get away from work on Monday morning. I still needed the sandwich as it was for my teenage son. The guy who helped me wouldn’t make my sandwich until I paid for it, as per his words people like me steal.

Been here several times over last 10 plus years.
Reason for 4 star vs 5: stopped in other day and staff was a bit short/slower than needed/and store oura was not top notch.
I will return but hopefully this store dteps up and fets back to 5 star in my book.
