Did a mobile order long line for lunch if you’re picking up a mobile order, you just go right to the cash register. I’m standing there people working the sandwich line. Nobody looks up. There’s a guy at the meat cutter and I ask if he can hand me my sandwich he doesn’t turn around. The owner starts yelling at me. He’s not an employee. I should know because employees were a Subway logo in the front of the shirts. I told him how How am I supposed to know that when the guys back is turned towards me. With my sandwich, I ordered triple the tomatoes and the onions gotten either. It’s time to start teaching. Businesses crampy service is not gonna get business. So let’s start the boycott.

The place is clean, and the food is great, but the general manager is a little stingy with the nachos. I simply ask for a couple extra veggies, not meat or cheese, and he made sure he let me know under no circumstances not even an extra fee could he put one extra thing on them lol. It’s fine. I still give them 5 stars because they make good sandwiches, and this subway is really clean.

Drive thru Brooke was throwing chips, cookie and my other items to go with salad at window area. She opened it to grab card, no hello hi or anything. The salad was literally lettuce for $13 that was absolutely terrible service & I won’t be back. Just always crabby people. No thanks! Didn’t even finish my salad that normally other places were at least good enough to finish.

The younger girl that works there with long brown hair never smiles, she looks cranky all the time and acts like she hates her job there. Every time you tell her what you want on your order it’s like she’s mad. If there was another subway close to my house id go there instead. Maybe ill have to drive into savage and go to that one.

The app didn’t load our second sandwich. When we showed multiple forms of evidence for the order, in it’s entirety, the GM Salvador still refused to make us the order! I’m not a huge believer in the “Customer is always right.” but when you ask for multiple forms of evidence and we provide it, we should be met with apologies, the order the way we’ve showed it to you and maybe throw on a cookie because Subways app is a POS. Not with being turned away. You’ve got Subways name on your door, sometimes you have to pay for their mistakes but don’t make me. You can take my experience up the chain and make them fix for you!

I was in you establishment about a week ago on sunday the 14th around 1pm, and order a tuna sandwich. Halfway through my sandwich I found a long black hair. I brought it up to show the staff and they said nothing just look at it.
I told the boy with long black hair and the middle aged gentleman who was making the food in the back. They just looked at me, same with the two young girls working.
No on said anything… it would have been nice to get my money back or something.

Take out was closed. No biggie but the drive thru was super frustrating. ALL touch screen to order, no interaction for questions. I completely get it, they were changing signage and staff was apologetic but I will never use use drive thru again. All prices have gone up, no issues with that but the experience of drive thru will keep me away. Food was still very good
