Stopped in at 8PM ish on 10/17/25. The guy working was very friendly, and I noticed him thourally washing his hands before putting new gloves on. It was appreciated. I didn’t catch his name but I hope a supervisor or someone sees this. Great food and clean restaurant too. Thanks. Highly impressed.

Whoever the guy was that was working at 5pm on 10/10 clearly does not like his job. I came in and said hello and though he was looking at me, he said nothing. He was a little ways away so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and when he came over to make my order I said hi again, which was again met with silence. I told him which bread I wanted and what I wanted on it, because he didn’t ask. The only time he said anything to me was “is this all” and my total. I said thank you and he said nothing. I truly felt like I was nothing but a bother to him. I really didn’t want to decide not to come back because of one person but I also don’t want to chance feeling like an annoyance again if I was to return. There are other places I know that won’t be the case so maybe I will just stick with those. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if that’s just how he is so I try to be empathetic but when he’s the only one there, that is the face and representation of your establishment.

Time and again I try to support local with this particular Subway. Time and again I am left upset with quality. I was given a gift card that I could have redeemed anywhere and strongly considered driving to Waconia but due to weather stayed in town. My Chicken + Bacon was 4 morsels of chicken and raw bacon. My friends gave up on them years ago, this was my last straw. Save your money or spend a few extra bucks in gas and drive to Glencoe or Waconia.

Friendly staff but they didn’t ask if my husband wanted a 6 or 12 inch sub so he ended up taking half of his foot long sub home.

Would have given a 3 out of 5 for that but…

Extra points because I didn’t have to ask for extra spinach, usually I get a tiny sprinkling of leaves when I order spinach but they covered the whole sandwich the first time!

Today I went into subway with my dad and the lady should not be. She was rude and judgemental when talking to us as well as doing a poor job of making our sandwiches especially mine. I asked for a ton of Baja Chipotle sauce I even said to drown it and she proceeded to put barley any on and when I asked for more she kept putting on only a bit and only in the center of the sandwich and still didn’t put enough but she didn’t allow me to ask for more and just started to wrap it and I know its not usual but I like what I like and its not for her to decide. She also didn’t wrap any of the sandwiches 3 in total on all they had at least 1 end open I also got cookies which she placed on the bare counter that had crumbs all over it which is gross

The young man who made my food and rang me up has no customer service skills whatsoever. He is very unpleasant and I nearly walked out while he was making my food. I’ve also watched him talk down to his coworkers in front of customers the last 2 times I was there. Unfortunately, it seems like this is a common trait among employees since the manager moved up.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and liked it. The staff working there this time were good with people (attentive, patient, and accommodating). The sandwich was good quality and tasty. The facilities were fine, and there was little wait even though it was lunch time. I’ve been to some of the other chains lately like Jersey Mike’s and they’re okay but limited in choice and a bit of hype. Good food with more choices, an equivalent price range to the competition, and it was the staff this time that made the visit better.

Me and my girlfriend walked in and we were the first people in line. There were a lot of online orders that needed done as was could see about 6 receipts for them on the counter. One person was working hard on them and the other person was a highschool age kid who just screwed around the register area. We sat for 10-15 minutes without a single word spoken to us. People in line behind us started leaving and we eventually did too. There ware also several people in there waiting for there online order to be made

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Since when does an online order with no customer present get made before a customer waiting in the store. Happens time and time again with the same employee.

The young man working was wonderful. He was kind and courteous and doing his best, even though he seemed to be the only staff member there and it was busy. Our food was delicious!
