I hate to say it, but the food was terrible! Great service was provided! The lady treated us with great kindness, but when I opened the dish, I found poo in the shrimp. Since the shrimp are tiny, I don’t expect them to clean the shrimp one by one , but please at least give them a rinse! The shrimp appeared undercooked, and the chicken wasn’t your normal Chinese crispy chicken—it was quite mushy with the breading and the rice tasted better than the rest of the dish. I also asked about honey garlic chicken wings, however they didn’t have which was okay but I don’t see why you wouldn’t just toss the chicken in the sauce if you sell the sauce by it self. The sauce was far too thick. The crab Rangoon was not crispy at all either, didn’t finish it. I wish it had been better, but for $40, the food was not worth it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered three items Mongolian beef which came slimey and with hardly any beef. Chicken and mixed vegetables which tasted like general tsp and orange chicken WITHOUT orange peels. I got whatever they wanted to give me. I called up there less than five minutes after getting home with my food. There was no offer to remake everything only the orange chicken and gave me a tea smh. No refund or anything and I took the food back up there. She disrespected me and dismissed me saying yeah thank you bye. Like I haven’t spent money here a few times. But that disgust and disrespect made it my last time. Will be only going to royal china from now on. How are you going to be mad when you rush food, then disrespect the customer and your store was empty as hell. Never again

MAGGOTS IN THE FOOD!!!! I’m so disgusted! There was a maggot in my shrimp fried rice! The rice didn’t taste like it usually does so I dumped it out, when I dumped it I saw a MAGGOT MOVING IN THE RICE. I got so freaked out I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of it. I called to inform them and all they had to say was “what’s your name and number, my manager will give you a call” absolutely disgusting. Please do not eat here!

Finally found a decent Chinese takeout spot. Not sure where the complaints are coming from. Ordered a hot and sour soup, steamed dumplings, and a steamed chicken with mixed vegetables. Was it perfect? No. Was it anything like Judy’s or Guandong? No. Was it the best takeout I’ve had in this area? Yes. Food was hot and fresh. Employee who checked me out was very friendly. I will be returning.

Steamed dumplings: they’re on every menu, and they’re often disappointing. Not here though – these are consistently The Best steamed dumplings I think I’ve every had!
The dumplings are full and full of quality ingredients, they’re done perfectly every time, and the dumpling sauce is amazing! It’s very well balanced and doesn’t need any additions or extras. I’ve had a few other things on the menu here and yeah, they were good, sure… but I come back at least twice a week just for the dumplings. 5 stars for the food, the quality, the speed and the staff.

They basically show disregard the menu prices. And charge by how slow they are. If they are slow they will flat out over charge you.
