Waited in line 20 minutes on my lunch to get to the front, I was in the middle of having my sandwich made when the person who was running the register came over and instructed the person who was making sandwiches to stop my order and finish a not yet started online order because “they were here”. When I said “I am here too” she said “well that order should have been done 25 minutes ago”. Please don’t punish one customer for your teams error, I have a 30 minute lunch so I walked over to holiday and grabbed a hot and ready sandwich. Probably a better choice based on the prices subway charges now anyways

About three days ago after I got my sandwich, I could hear one of the workers in the back swearing and yelling at a different worker. This created a extremely unpleasant feeling in the restaurant. From what I could hear it sounded like the person with a southern accent argument, just kept yelling at the other person. At least from what I could hear it sounded like it was very one sided. This is only because The other person seems to be in a more calm tone, but it was kind of hard do hear. I would recommend avoiding this subway if you have to hear one person yell at another.

I frequently go to subway for lunch. Today was by far the worst sandwich I have had. New employee seemed confused on what to do when the meat in the pan ran out, so he only gave me what was in there, which was maybe a half of what should have been put on the sandwich. I guess it is my fault that I didn’t correct him, but after the manager watched the whole thing and said nothing I figure it was not worth my time.

Tomatoes looked terrible, so I didn’t add them to my sandwich. Bread was really dry. Overall, it was not a very enjoyable meal.

We arrived 20 minutes to closing, and were treated like Kings! Super pleasant and courteous guy behind the counter, was happy to let us dine in, even though his shift was ending, and thanked us for stopping by. Most restaurants would have a bad attitude towards the last minute guy, but not here.

The subway staff was so friendly and kind. We spilled lemonade all over the floor and they were very quick to work on cleaning it up without us having to do anything. They got our orders perfect, and were super helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted (and got it really fast!!)
