This was my second chance for this store so My family and I placed an order online. One sandwich was completely wrong. I ordered a meat ball sub not only were my meatballs still ice cold, the sauce was cold and my toasted bread was burnt. NOT to mention I got food poisoning and had bodily fluids coming out both ends. Do not ever go here.

Excellent service! While we were waiting in line for our order to be taken, a small vat of banana peppers tipped over and pepper water spilled out onto the customer side of the display case. The manager on duty got on her hands and knees and cleaned up the spill. She had such a kind attitude about the entire episode and was so friendly towards us. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I would frequent this store because of the service she provides! Note: This is a very clean store!

First of all there was a line and nobody at the counter. And when people finally came up from the back, it smelled of cigarettes and weed. I have an understanding that people have bad days, and I’m very pro marijuana (I don’t smoke it myself but I believe that it has many benefits for anxiety, and other health problems) but when someone has an attitude with me with no explanation it feels very personal and unacceptable. I would typically let this slide because I don’t like to write bad reviews but here I am. The amount of piercings this person had were fine but take care of them maybe? I will not be coming back to this location, or maybe any at all actually. Best believe I’m telling my friends about this.

The kids who work there are polite and friendly. I like to chat and joke around with them. However, they are a bit careless. I frequent this spot out of convenience, and most of the time, they are low on stock, e.g., running out of certain toppings despite not closing for another four hours, and the tables are almost always all dirty.

Ordered off the app to get the 20% discount. Went in after 30 minutes and app saying completed and ready for pick up. Worker told me to go stand somewhere else and wait for my sub. I tried to ask if it was made yet cause I was gonna go wait in my car with my dog. The younger kid I tried to ask, cause the other person wouldn’t give me the time of day, looked like he was gonna just try and tell me but the Other worker cut him off, told me as I can see they are incredibly busy, sandwich isn’t made, they’ll cancel my order and I can leave. I was flabbergasted as I wasn’t in a hurry and was smiling. I just didn’t understand how the app worked, my bad. I answered more as a question like I guess cancel my sandwiches?? Didn’t even ask the question cause i didnt want to argue with anyone, especially an employee who was already angry and 3 times my size, with facial piercings, blue hair and wearing a shirt saying The Beast. Confused as heck. They then told me to get the hell out of their store and to never come back into their store. They didn’t cancel my order and also took the $5 tip I had put on there. I get having bad days. Worked in customer service most of my adult life. Have never treated anyone like that or been treated like that at a place of business. This worker was unhinged and basically stole from me. They put my order thru and processed it as if I picked it up. I had to call my bank and dispute the carge as well. The app said my order was picked up as well.I’m gonna cancel my card and get a new one cause i just dont feel comfortable with that employee knowing or having access to my card number after them lying saying I had picked up my order. It feels like this is some kind of scam these employees are doing because I wasnt angry or mad about anything. It was like it was rehearsed and they were allready going to refuse me service and there was going to be nothing i could do about it cause they told me to leave. Do not go to this subway if you want to be treated like a human being offering money to a place of business for food in return. You won’t get your food and they will still charge you for it and also take the $5 tip. You’ll leave hungry and feeling terrible cause you won’t even understand what the heck just happened…..

I was told there are only 3 slices of roast beef on a FOOT long. Subway is ripping people off, look up the class action lawsuit regarding the ads vs reality of meat on their sandwiches. I sent a request to Subway corporate as well as this owner and ZERO response.

Can’t beat a plain meatball sub when you’re hungry. Get it toasted so the cheese melts ( provolone) and your fav toppings. Suggest: green peppers, olives, parmesan cheese.

Waited in line 20 minutes on my lunch to get to the front, I was in the middle of having my sandwich made when the person who was running the register came over and instructed the person who was making sandwiches to stop my order and finish a not yet started online order because “they were here”. When I said “I am here too” she said “well that order should have been done 25 minutes ago”. Please don’t punish one customer for your teams error, I have a 30 minute lunch so I walked over to holiday and grabbed a hot and ready sandwich. Probably a better choice based on the prices subway charges now anyways
