We did a bit of research on things that we should try. Ordered via the app went through the drive through but was pulled to a spot to wait on our order( Yayfresh food) Well after waiting almost 10 minutes the manager brought our food out he was nice. Nothing was fresh except the burger. The fries were lukewarm, tacos were old, wet, lettuce was basically non existent due to sitting in the taco waiting to go in someone’s bag. Th chicken sandwich was overcooked, hard and trashed after the 1st bite. Tenders were old as well, egg rolls weren’t the freshest but were better than anything else. Should one ask for drag food ordering. I’m disappointed in what we were provided.

Order online great 6for 7 combo. Manager was super nice brought us our food to table. Carried on a conversation. Came back to check on us. Food was fresh one of best fast food restaurants I’ve been to in awhile will be going back. Worth the 30 minute drive!

Wanted to give this new location a try, pulled up tonight, took a look at the menu and ordered. The young lady was so rude to me and rushed me! Her attitude Was horrible. I was then stuck behind a person for 5-10 minutes due to them taking much longer then they should have. All in all, I ended up driving off. Didn’t pay and didn’t get any food. I am so disappointed too! I wanted some fish!

Great variety on the menus from burgers to chicken to tacos! Everything is good and you get a lot of food for the money. Dining room is only open from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm but the drive thru is open 24 hours! Love it!

I love the food and go often, but the drive through is very very slow. I’ve been asked to park before and waited 20 min before I had to come in. There were 3 cars in that drive through in a period of 30 min. Glad there is one close but I TRY to curb the cravings to avoid the long waits. Food is so much better than other fastfood imo though

Fast and clean with superb and friendly service. Two supreme breakfast combos was just over $15. The breakfast sandwiches are a little skimpy and not as good as I remember.

Waited in drive thru for pick up order for 30 min. Then was told name of order not existing. Had correct address etc etc. Very nice staff. But would be nice to be let known over drive thru speaker that would be a wait. Instead of just silence. Ended up just leaving without food. Ty for all u all do. Things happen.

Went thru the drive through around 2:15, while taking my order, their board was wrong, and they did not offer what I wanted, which is fine, however, while trying to figure out what I wanted next, was rushed to choose, whilst their voice sounded like they were annoyed, as if I was the reason their board was wrong, when I ordered what I wanted next, they repeated a completely different thing than I wanted, so I reiterated what I wanted and they got mad at me again for no reason, once I got the meal, they asked me if I was having a good day in a passive aggressive way, and ofc after all that, they did not get my order right, so that was the dream
Def don’t recommend this place as this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced an issue but this will be the last time I go here for sure, it’s new too which is weird…

This is the 3rd time I have come to the new 9491 Westport Rd location and I have requested a large Sweet Tea, and the 3rd time I have driven off with a Non-Sweet Tea! Such a simple order, and you can’t get it straight. It’s not even a rush time as usually I am one of a very few people there. I won’t be back for sure. I’ll just go into Kroger and get a cold Sweeten Tea to drink, thank you
