This is step one of my complaint and after scrolling for reviews and seeing that this isn’t the first time this has happened I will absolutely be taking this higher.
Tonight me and another family stopped for dinner at this local subway seeing that it closed at 8:30 we figured we had plenty of time showing up around 7:44pm. There was only one worker there and the lobby looked like it had already been mopped and cleaned. We made our orders all the while the worker was short and curt, mumbling under his breath the whole time and began raising his voice in frustration when one of our group was ordering. When I went to pay I told him he didn’t need to put our drinks in the bag as we would be dining in. His response was “No you can’t eat here we close in a few minutes.” It was 7:54pm
I very directly told him his website says they close at 8:30 to which he responded it was an emergency and he had those lights out on us before we even finished filling out drink cups.
We ended up eating in the parking lot with our group and with the open sign off he stayed in the store and remained there until finally making his way out around 8:30.
If this were truly an emergency and you had any ounce of customer service experience you would have notified us as soon as we walked in that you were closing early for an emergency and would be happy to take our order for takeout only.
Seeing comments this is not the first time this has happened. Be honest with your customers so they can make the choice to go somewhere else which is exactly what we would have done.

12-11-2025 was my last time visiting this Subway store.
Reason for below 5 star: the store look a bit grungy even with table and chairs in order/the veggies in display looked wholly and unappitising.
Staff behind counter was polite and on top of things.
Ive eaten at this store more than 20 times the last 10 plus years and always a good experience.

Rene greeted us warmly and made our sandwiches — they were absolutely delicious! The restaurant was clean, the veggies were fresh, and the overall experience was great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the best Subway I’ve been to in a very long time. The sandwich is outstanding (chipotle philly steak), the service was very fast and personal, and it was a clean dining area.

I placed an order at this subway and within 1 bite I found a finger piece of a latex glove. Ew. Covid. I tried calling the store to let them know about this, but no answer. Had to throw away my sandwich and the rest of my party lost their appetite.

Update: went in to get my order at 10 am and he said my order wasn’t showing up at all and that there’s nobody he could talk to and nothing he could do. My order was promised for pick up at 9:55 am and I am so unbelievably pissed off right now that my order isn’t even in his system! I want a refund.
2nd update: the employee called the manager and they tried to make it for me for free but at that point I was aggravated that we couldn’t call customer service or corporate to figure out why my order wasn’t received and so I left because I already had began to cry out of hunger and was very embarrassed that this mishap even happened. I appreciated the offer but I am avoiding coming back.
No hours posted on main door so I’m supposed to look at the secondary door yet app says open at 9 am and the lady who works next door had to tell me they open at 10 am. I have been up since 630 am with nothing to eat because I assumed after my appointment nearby I could eat here. Will not be stopping by again. Corporate or franchise, you need your hours of occupation listed. I already placed my order online as well. I haven’t been here in years but definitely will not stop back here. I would’ve just ordered Panera Bread next door if I knew you weren’t open. Don’t waste your money here.

There was too much lettuce on the sandwich.
Also the juices are very small.
But the cookies are very good and the meat is very tender and juicy. The songs that they played helped.

Came in today, 7/29 and an old lady was being rude to the workers. They maintained composure and respect, even though she was continuing to be difficult. I commend them for their service and excellent crafting of my sandwich! It’s one of my favorite subways!

I guess, they don’t double check the order, before door dash arrives to pickup the order.
