I would leave no stars but that wasn’t an option Visit day is November 8th at 2:15. I was standing in line with 4 little hungry girls and the females who were working passed me up 3 times and not once asked me what I needed. So I took the girls somewhere else. The 2 that were by the registers were just chatting it up while one of them was on their phone. Service ATROCIOUS!!! Sbarro how do you expect to stay in business with that type of customer service?

The food is subpar, the pizza sauce is tangy and bitter and really was not good. The pizza dough was soggy and not cooked all the way. Me and the wife feel like we wasted our money. We would of rather bought Taco Bell then waste the money.

Bad service.. great pizza. Yesterday I stood at the counter, and watched as she filled the salad containers.. the veggies the croutons.. as she looked over her shoulder sees me ( no acknowledgment)( for the second time)… puts everything away. Now cleaning up. Then she says Help U. Takes order, pizza done hands me my slice and water.. walks away???? I waited a minute.. as she is taking orders.. I say is this free… can I pay you… I’m busy. I’m by myself. So I said , can I pay you . Why do I have to wait for everyone’s order to finish (6) people behind me.. .. She says You don’t have to eat here…!!!! She walks up to the register finally… I’m by myself!!!!! I said just let me pay you, but you need a new system!!

They leave the pizza out for way too long, and it’s poorly made pizza should not look like this I know it’s a thinner crust but they need to make it a little thicker or something cause this is what my slice looked like and I haven’t even taken a bite yet

Food is good but every time I’ve came here awful service. Either there no one there or they take forever to help. The girl literally saw me didn’t acknowledge me and made a whole pizza. Proceeded to be rude bc SHE Couldn’t hear me and then took everyone in lines order and then checked everyone out. I come here for my break only for the food but I’m just gonna stop. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. And the worst part is it’s every time. I only get 30 minutes and today I spent 10 minutes waiting. This place needs new workers who want to be there and care for people.

Like most people who grew up in the 80s and 90s, there was a time when I loved Sbarro. I still have a fondness for them, although there is clearly better pizza available. The ingredients are actually still good, but they just don’t put them all together like they used to. The employees are nice enough, but the management is not teaching them how to properly move the lines while still making a quality product.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences in a while. Instead of taking our order, they decided to take a picture of the food and then told us to “move out of the way” without even a “please.” We left to get food elsewhere but came back, and the girl with short hair looked like she didn’t even want to be there and took forever to take our order. Another girl was just playing with her watch. As a manager myself at another food place, I would’ve fired everyone and started over.
