This place is a joke. The service is flat-out rude every single time I come here. Employees act like customers are an inconvenience, rushing us through and slapping sandwiches together with zero care. My food tasted old, stale, and disgusting — nothing even close to “fresh.”
The sandwich was literally thrown together, no effort, no respect. It’s not just today, it’s every visit. If Subway wants to advertise “Eat Fresh,” this location is the exact opposite.

Good staff very helpful and quick. Accommodated our requests. There is ample of parking the restrooms are clean and it is conveniently located in a strip mall catering to various other businesses. Ample staff to serve. They informed us about how the wheat flat bread has been discontinued and the subway is looking at the new flat bread that incorporates both wheat and white and is suppose to be healthy.

The guy on the meat and cheese section when I visited this store in the evening of 6/8/23 had very little social skills to the point where it was kinda off-putting. He’d only talk to me about what I wanted on my sandwich. I get that’s part of the job, but you’re also face to face with another human. Some small talk would be nice. I didn’t have this problem with the employee who rang me up on the other hand, he was very talkative.

Every time I go to this subway location the meat is always folded up in a weird way. I have to always remake my sandwich when I get home to flatten out the salami. If I don’t remake it I get random bites of a ton a meat and some bites with none. I feel the people aren’t trained correctly. It’s sad because this is the closest subway location near me. I bet it will happen again, so next time I can include pictures.

The people are so nice. I was having a bad day and went in with my mom to get dinner and they guy that made our food was just so chill. The workers give off such a good vibe I felt better just standing there. I don’t like the sandwiches too much but the salads are good. 10/10 for good vibes.

Worst Subway by far!! Have ordered from them 3 times & wrong all 3 times. This last order really made me mad! I only received 3 out of the 10 items I
ordered! I immediately called to tell them and didn’t get anywhere! Door dash went back and forth with Subway. Subway said they would send me free coupons for another time. Great! I wanted the item’s I ordered now! Never got one thing from them! Then a Lady by the name of Misty emails me, tells me she is sorry and hopes I get a refund? Hopes?? Doordash told me I Would. As did she. Never got anything. Don’t ever order from this Subway, go in and order. You will never get what you ordered and never get reimbursed. Frankly, they don’t really care! When you try to reach them by phone to let them know about the mistake, they quickly turn you to a message that says their mailbox is full! Never again! Take my advice, if you want what you ordered go into a Subway and get it. This store is one of the worst., if NOT the worst!
