Last few orders have been jacked up. When you call to advise of the mess up the young people there have to call a GM that isnt there.
When you say just reimburse the order they say they can’t, but will credit the next order. Which they never do. When order the next time and ask why they didn’t credit the order, they say ‘ you ordered in a way that they didnt know it should be credited’. When you ask how you are supposed to order to get the credit, it depends on who you talk to as to what answer you will get.
They messed the order up again tonight. Called and asked for the Manager and got the oldest of the young ones. Advised him they put some kind of brown sauce, very heavy all over the top of a pizza that was not supposed to be. He advised they had new people that didn’t know what they are doing. Advised him that is a training concern, not ours.Through the conversation he ask me to hold and let him call his GM. She said we could go for another in store credit. I advised the past ones haven’t been applied why would I think they would honor this one. I also advised him I was tired of building credits that are worthless. I asked to speak to hthe GM and he said she wasn’t there and wouldn’t take my call tonight. He asked for my phone number and she would call me tomorrow.
Bet there will not be a call from the GM he said was “Lindsay” .
Something changed, in the last 6 months, and has caused this location to go downhill quick. If you order pickup make sure you open and check everything before drive away.

Manger is extremely rude. I called explaining I was trying to order online but the app was down and asked if they would honor the online special. I was told no. I eventually was able to order on the website. When I went in to get my food I tried to explain to the manger that the app was down but the website worked. She then got rude and basically told me it wasn’t her problem and that she “doesn’t get a news letter or email. And she doesn’t check to see if the app was down. She told me it was corporate problem not hers. And she was giving me ugly looks the whole time. Definitely will be calling corporate about this.

Ordered two pizzas on Halloween night, the place was packed but they did a great job of organizing themselves and getting out a hot good pizza there. The staff was under a lot of pressure that night but still were friendly and engaging. The place was set up for dining in but really not a place you want to eat there. Great place to order a good pizza.

This is hands down the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever attempted to eat in my life. I will never call that place again hungry Howie’s is absolutely disgusting Little Caesars $5 hot and ready blows your guys out of the water and that’s trash Pizza. But you can’t even stand next to Little Caesars that’s got to be embarrassing to you guys. Hungry Howie’s do better.

It’s been 2 years since my last review which I was proud to give 5 Stars back then. However, today I’m having to downgrade my review to 4 Stars.
In my last three orders I had trouble with 2 of them.
This last one was delivered by a Door Dash driver that must have NEVER been out of the BIG city. He was nice and polite, but afraid to drive down my 400 foot long driveway to my house, claiming it was to dark. TROUBLE IS, there are two more Hungry Howies customers that live further back behind me !!!!!
My order before this order went perfect.
The one before that was 50% screwed up. One pizza was perfect, the other pizza was not only something I didn’t order, it was something I’d never oder.
After a phone call to the store, the manager was awesome enough to get the second half of my original order made and sent out in record breaking time !!!
But, there does seem some issues, with the main one being with Door Dash delivery service.

My favorite Pizza Sub is the Steak, Cheese, and Mushroom with Banana Peppers.
Then finish off the order with some Hungry Howies Cinnamon Bread with Icing.

I’ve been a customer to this hungry howies for 10 years and I never leave reviews for anything but the last 2 times I’ve ordered from here it’s been sub par at best. I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was delivered extremely fast but was cold and not even crispy and I believe it’s mostly to blame with using door dash I doubt the person even put it in a pizza bag. I also think that because they put it in a brown bag and tape it up it makes moisture build up from the heat and it makes your pizza soggy. Nevertheless DoorDash is ruining hungry howies and honestly I just going to start making the drive myself or just pick a different pizza place

The service and atmosphere provided by the polite staff is incredible. The customer service skills provided by Lamar and Lindsay Its excellent. I definitely enjoy coming here to pick up my pizza because of the outstanding service. The young men Lamar as management skills.

I try with this place. I’ve tried to defend it so many times. I’m always left looking like a fool cause you guys always mess up. Orders are always later than the website says, always missing something, or just plain sloppy. Look at the two different sizes of pizza slices from one pie. Look at the size of this howie bread. I honestly feel like im being scammed by this place. I’ve eaten at hungry Howies since I was a kid. Because of this location, I will never eat there again. After all these years the place is still a mess. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere, to get pizza, but here.
