Worker girl was rude and rushing us.. also the veggies looked spoiled and not fresh… got home took bite of sandwich and tasted horrible. Meat was expired as well as cheese…..

Such a great convenient location, the young lady working the close on September 28th was such a delight. Shes greated us at the door and it was right before closing but she was so happy to help us find our online order, she even commented on how delicious it looked. Its definitely the best service ive had in awhile at a subway, especially right before closing. I just wish I had gotten her name. Food was very well prepared. Location was well kept up

just bought threw grub hub, paid for double meat and extra cheese and got neither. spent $18 on a $9 sandwich. tried calling to see if I could just run over there and get my sandwich made correctly, no answer.
update, I called grub hub and they helped me out with the refund for the meat and the cheese so i do not feel scammed as badly.

A great Subway location! Kind of “out of the way”, but worth the trip if you want to grab a sub that doesn’t have 1,000,000 kids being obnoxious!
Every employee who has helped me has been very nice and made the subs exactly as I asked for!
Or grab the sub and drive just a small way down the road and have lunch in the cemetery parking lot! I know it sounds odd….but most people may not know there is an OLD cemetery there!

Website let me order online on 4/20 but the store was closed. Other locations were marked as closed but this was one of many labeled open. Haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone at the store and no option for a refund online.

Do not come here worker bad attitude and taking his time like 10 minutes for each sandwich I get here around 12:30 pm and I walk out at 1:45 pm

If you haven’t stopped in and said hi to Lee, definitely something wrong she makes the best subs this side of the river…. compared to the 5 subways in cottage grove… service with a smile and a fantastic bubbly additude… definitely will be going back to see Ms. LEE

The food was delicious. Prices pretty high but the young woman that served us seemed like she was upset that she had to make subs. No greeting. Just a rude look. Maybe they need new employees that might make people feel welcomed instead of like we are bothering someone to make our 50 dollar order. We won’t be back on her shifts!

At 1:00pm today; I tried ordering on the website and it was kicking me out after one order. So I tried calling and after 3-5 rings I was disconnected, twice. When I arrived at the store the two employees were outside and did not look happy when I pulled up. While I was placing my order the female employee making the sandwiches was very pushy and did not like it that I was unsure of the cheese for another person not with me, and wanted to just put another kind on. I asked her to do my other sandwich while I inquired, she was vocal with her huffs. I informed her of the cheese requesting. And when she added the veggies to the sandwiches it was very light; 4 pickles, very few olives and very lite on the lettuce (the ends of sandwich had no lettuce). When the male employee grabbed the sandwiches and jammed them in the bag in a T and jammed the cookies on top so the bag was round instead of looking nice in the bag.
I haven’t had this bad of service yet. I get it if a person is having a bad day…but a new customer is not who you take it out on! Very disappointed
