Our first time at ‘La Carreta’ was great! Our host, Benito, was very kind to us and gave the kids some candy. I loved that they had margaritas in different flavors and sizes—some glasses were even bigger than they looked in the photos! Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was good for the price, and they let us swap ingredients in our dishes without any issues. Even though we stayed a bit past closing time, the owner never rushed us out; they were so nice to let us stay a little longer.

This is an incredibly mediocre restaurant. The food is meh; it came out warmish definitely not “sizzling”, by the time it arrived I was starving so I ate it, the service is terrible; basically set and forget. Our party was here for 2 hours and probably waited 1.5 hours overall between waiting to take the orders , waiting for refills, waiting for a to go box….They will make it seem like you are bothering them for a water refill. It is not very crowded so you won’t wait long but you will soon find out why they aren’t very busy…

Flavorless. I had a wrap burrito for the first time in life. Never in my 45 years have I had a wrap presented a burrito. Drinks were great and strong. Cheesecake was good. Would only come back for drinks. Ion understand the 4.3 stars maybe the others kike this food.

i had the taco loco dinner with chorizo, steak and carnitas and the mexican candy drink 🙂 susan was our server and was so sweet and professional. the atmosphere is beautiful and fun. and the food is incredible with great serving sizes and free chips and salsa! i highly recommend la carreta!

This place was wonderful and we loved our server, she was the sweetest thing. The service, atmosphere and everything was really nice! We didn’t see a frown in the place and the drinks were just as good! This place is a much bust for personal to family dining!

The service wasn’t the best on our last visit. It felt like we had to ask for refills. At one point our server did ask if a refill was needed, but it was already after the decision was made to get a to-go box and leave.
At one point we asked for more chips, but was given the wrong thing. The food itself wasn’t really a problem. Just the service.
I’ve been in the past and it was better. But yeah, overall, it felt like the money spent could have been spent somewhere else better.

I just randomly found this place. It was a small restaurents but food was good. I oreder something just by looking at the menu picture. The food was typical but the portion was really good. It was for more than one in my opinon. The food was delcious. I was asking for meat rich food, it would be great if they could provide a little bit more meat. Other than that, it good delecious food for me and I enjoyed it.
