Stopped in for a sub for dinner tonight and was greeted by a young man that did an amazing job. He let me know early on he was new and might need some patience. We worked together to make the best meatball pepperoni I’ve ever had. Even being new he asked the right questions and more importantly made some small talk as we progressed. Surely he is not only going to be a great sandwich artist, but all around great customer service provider. Great job and the sandwich was great!

I went there the other day looking to get some help because an online catering order for one party platter was not working. So I went to the store to ask the employee if they could help take just one order in person. The young man that was working said I needed to figure it out online and learn how to work the app better. He refused to help me. I asked him if I could have his manager’s name for this location which he refused to give me the store manager’s name. I will not be returning to this location ever again as the service I received was just awful. The young man said he had been only working there for about a month and how do I expect him to know how to take an order for more than one sand wedge? I said that’s totally fine if you are brand new. I understand things are stressful but if I could have your manager’s name and placed a catering order with them maybe then they would be able to show you at a later time. He told me to figure it out and to stop bothering him. So I left and I will not return to that store again. I was able to receive much better service at the Apple Valley location.

I placed an order on the app for one item. The app was glitching so I typed in the special instructions section requesting the item be brought out to my car in the curbside parking spot. I sat there and waited and tried calling but no answer. I’m not entirely sure why there’s a specified spot for curbside pickup if it’s too much work for the employees to bring something out. If they would have answered the phone I would have willingly met them at the door. There were no other customers inside and at least two employees available. When I did go in, they had no signs of caring about the situation and I can plainly see my typed request on the receipt so the lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I ordered on line around 9pm. My sandwich was near perfect, great customer service. Didn’t have my soda in the fountain station, swap it out for a bottle soda. The young lady was wonderful and very sweet.

Twice in the past month I have come to this location as I have for the last 15 years and each time the bread was stale and crumbly. Please used your fresh baked bread and not old stale bread that crumbles or my family will stop coming to this location.

So we put an order in online for pick up THROUGH subways app. Then when my partner got there to pick it up, they said they had no record of receiving an order from us. His bank statement had already said the money was taken from his account for this order, which he showed to them. Yes it was the right location as we only live 2 miles from it. So I tried calling over and over again about 9 times and absolutely no response. Then you go online to try and contact customer service but they don’t have any info on how to do so. Whoever manages this particular store should be fired.

They didnt put any effort into making my sandwich. The bread was stale and they put the smallest amount of roast beef. It wasnt even on the full sandwich.

The servers are well trained, I came in on a busy Saturday lunch but the two guys handled the crowd of 20+ customers very well. The store is generally clean, dine-in tables are clean. Sandwiches are made to my expectation. So far my experience is positive for this place.
