This location has really changed. This was always our go to. We try to avoid nowadays.
This last time we went in, we used the app to place our order and came in five minutes after it should’ve been ready. When we walked in, the two associates asked if we had an online order to which we said yes. We told them the name and one of the associates said they didn’t have our order. We double checked the app, to make sure we had the right store and also that the payment went through (you know how sometimes the app jams up, it happens) and found everything was good on our end. The same associate began to raise his voice and tell us, “look, we don’t have no order!”
The other associate told him to calm down and the order was still on the machine.
Did we get any type of apology for the one associate getting wound up? Nope. Did we receive any apology walking out 15 minutes later? Nope.
Plus the dining room is a disaster. The soda machine consistently has multiple taps that don’t work or they don’t have that soda.
And apparently they put lettuce on the sandwiches anymore (see pic).
It’s not the same as it used to be.

We enjoy the food and servvice at this location. Staff is generally friendly, patient and in good spirits. Store is clean feom what I have seen. They have an outdoor eating area. Parking is good. Can access through 80th street or backroad behind building, so that is nice.

Dont go here unless you want the employees to make comments on how look. I had to say the veggies I wanted 3 times, they were slow, and talking to each other instead of helping us, and my sandwich was not cut in half. One of the things they were talking about was not having capicola on the menu, when Subway does offer this. But the part that REALLY UPSET me was one of the girls working brought attention to something that I’m actually really insecure about. They shouldn’t be making any sort of comments about the people who come in for food. I will not be going back to this location because of the employees comments on my looks.

They made me three very solid sandwiches during dinner rush. I’m very impressed, portions were great and employees even though they were busy still took care of me.

I ordered on the app today with a set pick up time 45 minutes after I placed the order. I arrived at the specified time and they hadn’t even pulled my order off the site yet. You would think that was the end of my experience but not the case! Apologies happened and people stepped up! Specifically I want to recognize Tammy. She’s a gem. Stepped right in and took care of my order with grace and humor. She should be a manager if she isn’t already.

Went in at 9:05pm, door was unlocked and sign on the door says they’re open til 10pm. Rude little dude says he’s closed. When I pointed out the sign on the door, he said it was wrong. He refused to help me even though all the ingredients were still ready. He was rude and even called his Mom, who is supposedly the Manager. That call didn’t prove anything. I went to leave and get followed me out to my car hollering and screaming at me. Yea, I told him I thought he was just being lazy, but following me to my car was uncalled for. I had actually worked at that location about 7 years ago or so, and I remember that I picked the doors at 10pm. Also, I’ve stopped there a couple times ony way to work when it was another employee and they told me they’re open til 10pm. I don’t know why little dude refused me service at 9:05pm, but I sure hope he felt good after he intimidated me and followed me to my car. Will NEVER be back to this location. This was on 11/03 and I hope the owner sees this review.

Being generous here, giving an extra star due to the fact that the two employee’s were obviously new and polite and trying. But super slow service. I had my sandwich toasted, but ended up with cold meat but nearly burnt bread. I have been to a lot of Subway Restaurants in my life, this was one of the poorest experiences. Need to have an owner or manager type on during dinner/lunch hours and at least 3 people working the counter.

If the kid working closing shift days he’s just not going to help anyone because it’s too close to closing wasn’t enough, the Manager who might not understand her job or at her age has the faculties to do her job needed a manager at a different franchise call to help me get a refund because they didn’t understand how to simply void my order. Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and paid online almost 2 months ago. The store did call back to advise that they do not serve breakfast. I then asked about how I can get my refund and the employee said I had to go back online and request a refund (which seemed strange). I went back online and; of course, was not able to get a refund. I posted feedback about this and was emailed by a person I believed to be the owner stating he would refund me. I had sent my address and have yet to receive a refund. I usually do not leave reviews but I felt I had to share. While I appreciated the email to me regarding my experience, the lack of follow through in doing what was said was quite a disappointment. This store has lost any of my future business.
