Awesome place, they are very nice, I recommend going inside then drive thru but staff are nice and if you go frequently they are even nicer and may even get your order ready quicker. Good coffee and donuts and generally good vibe.

This Dunkin pretended to be closed 30 minutes early to their closing time. I tried to order in the Dunkin drive thru at 8:30 when they closed at 9. We were rudely waved off to get away when we drove up the window where we saw two workers standing. Extremely rude. Wish I got their names.

I am a fan all year all around fan of Dunkin Donuts and their staff.
Lately, this location has been having staff issues. One or two people working in the evening. They do their best to complete orders accurately and have a great sense of humor which is appreciated. I always leave feeling great.

I tried to find information to contact the owner, but could not find anything. Normally this place is pretty good. However, the past couple days it has not been. I ordered a Charlie on Sunday and there was so much ice in it no I couldn’t put a straw in. It was also so little coffee at the cold foam did not even touch it. Today I figured I would order on the app. Not only was my coffee missing this world,But instead of asking me what type of donut I ordered they threw in anything they wanted. I did not send over six dollars to get half my order wrong. Oh there is a young man that works there who has glasses no, he is very curious and always get my order right. She was not working either one of these days.

I know you’re a new small business, and with sometime you will work out all the issues. Focus on figuring out getting coffee right. As you small town coffee company grows, this will be vital. I’m sure you’ll get it over time. All jokes aside, I’d circumnavigate the globe to avoid this one. One at 35-33 intersection. One on 36. 15 on rt 35 from wall to ocean. The photo is where my coffee should be, but I threw it in to the dumpster after one sip.

Honestly, I feel like this Dunkin has the best customer service out of every location in this area! The staff is really friendly as long as you’re friendly with them! Respect is given where respect is earned! Be patient with the workers, a lot of them are young and people too. You aren’t entitled to anything so be kind and if mistakes are made, communicate calmly and the staff is MORE than happy to fix your order and help you with your issues 🙂
