Cheapest let most expensive subway around, does not give senior or military discount. Most expensive from all the subway locations in Fond Du Lac and least amount of ham on footlong. Thr flavor of the sub was ok. Will not come back. Can get more other locations.

Waited 25 minutes for my order to be told they didn’t have the bread I ordered even tho the guy brought some out while I was standing there. I ordered online, waited 25 minutes to pick up, waited 15 minutes in the store while he talked to his boss? and took his dear sweet time making 2 sandwiches. Absolutely horrible customer service over all.

The girl that was working was great. Unfortunately there are some workers that don’t smile and only talk to take the order. What I don’t like is when I tip the worker they don’t get the amount tipped it is shared with all employees. I tip for the service the person who waited on me during my visit not workers that had nothing to do with the service I got on my visit. The service she gave was great the place was clean and the food was fresh. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the kudos she deserves.

The Walmart location has been awesome so far. It’s a little hard to hear with all the din of the machines so may have to repeat yourself on occasion. Every time the food has been excellent. They never short me or give me the ends of vegetables like other Fond.du Lac locations. The customer service needs a little improvement in paying attention to the customer in front of you not the one just walking in to just sit down and not order anything.

Parking is cramped. The counter lady’s tone, facial expressions, argumentative attitude, saying strange personal comments, was awkward to mildly patronizing. Made ordering unpleasant. The food was fine. Hated the ordering process. If traveling through town and headed towards Fond du Lac go to Walmart, Subway inside is great

Highly recommend this healthy place to eat whether it is for a lunch break or a family sit down dinner to eat. Either way the food id healthy AMAZINGLY fresh and made just how YOU like it ALWAYS! The stores are always nice and CLEAN and the customer service is top notch! Not to mention you cant beat the prices and the variety on their heart healthy menu as well! It is an all around great place to eat and I promise YOU wont be unsatisfied!!
