I did an online order, The bread was wrong and super crusted, dry, not fresh. I walked over to pick my sandwich up in a blizzard. Kindly called back and the woman I talk to was super rude said well why don’t you walk back over here and show us and we can fix it in front of you. And you know what sometimes it’s not about getting something for free. It’s about somebody saying I apologize that was your experience. But that was not my experience. She was rude, short, snarky, and literally tried to tell me it was the right bread when I’m sitting here looking at it being the wrong. Attached is a picture of the wrong bread in case she would like to see.

We were out running errands today and we stopped into Subway for a quick lunch and James was working! There was a huge line and James was very efficient, kind and everyone was served with a smile! As someone who’s worked in the service industry I know the long lines/impatient people may become overwhelming very quickly and James rocked it! Way to go James!

Employees smoking marijuana in the back, could smell weed when I was trying to eat. Not cool! Whoever manages this location is not professional at all! Also, the employees are rude as heck! Lots of swearing going on as well.

Went to order cookies and was told that she can’t touch the cookies for 45mins (in a very rude tone) Since when is it policy to let cookies sit out and get hard and nasty for so long? I’ve gotten fresh cookies from other locations without any complaints or attitudes, fresh off the pan. workers at this location need an attitude adjustment, last week the worker was busy on her phone and dropped the entire bucket into the ice machine and I can guarantee that bucket wasn’t sanitized so everything that was on the outside of the bucket touched the ice that people were using for drinks

My fiance & I both give this store a 1 star rating. If we could give it zero stars we would. I called there and spoke with the manager about the rewards card and how we did not receive our points due to the lack of explanation by the employee on how to go about registering it. Therefore, we lost out on points for our 2 visits. The manager was quite rude on the phone and when I told her she lost 2 customers she very rudely hung up on me. Managers are supposed to listen and try to come up with resolutions when customers call with any and all types of complaints, she did neither of those. I was also mean mugged by one of the employees and the employees were also very rude. Seems they don’t care about their jobs. Definitely not very professional to say the least. We will not be going there again. Also, store was not very clean and employees did not change gloves when making each customers subs.

Don’t go to this location. I work in customer service and am not one to usually write reviews like this but the service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. The boy was annoyed the second I walked in to pick up my online order. There were two people in the store but I was 10 minutes early and knew I was so I had no problem waiting but he was not happy I was early. Got snippy and kept repeating that I was SUPER early and he just got the order. Told him I put the order in ten minutes ago but I didn’t mind waiting at all and he kept on about how he just got it. Then he says, “Are there any cheese on these?” Snippy. I said, “Yep, we put that in online as well.” I was looking at my receipt and walked over to him to show him and patted him on the back like it’s ok and just asked we cool it on the attitude. He then flipped out and got loud, causing other customers to leave, and slapped the sandwich down and walked away saying he wouldn’t be making my sandwich that I already paid for. It was just an outrageous experience and no manager there to intervene. I will never bother them with my business again and I suggest anyone else does the same or go to the one on Wisconsin.

I was in the area so I stopped in to grab a sandwich the woman behind the counter was kind enough but seemed bothered by even a question out of the ordinary, while placing my order a late 20’s guy interrupts to complain to his co-worker about a customer calling for delivery I guess I’m less important his issues so I looked around and spotted the notice that says I can’t take a phone call while ordering. A minute later the guy appears behind me complaining about me touching the glass, I hated to slow him down on the way to his mop bucket but at least I could give him someone to put down to make himself feel a little bit better about himself.
