Disappointed in my ice cream cake order, especially since we had a much better experience last year. They had accidentally put 20th instead 28th which was easily fixed by them, though it seems they initially forgot about it altogether as the number was cramped onto the edge border. The disappointment really came when we cut into the cake, and the ratio of blizzard to vanilla ice cream was significantly less blizzard flavor. The vanilla ice cream also tasted icy, almost as if it was refrozen. Wish the ratio was 50/50 like it was last year.

The icecream cone was decent. There is a little bit of seating in there and they have a good amount of options. Vanilla cone is decent, chocolate was really good, and the swirl was nice.

After receiving a page of various discount coupons; I ordered a blizzard. It was not thoroughly mixed and contained stale oreo cookie crumbs,(not what I ordered). First and last time I go there. Always loved Dairy Queen.

I called and made an order for an ice cream cake and they were very nice and helpful. I was even happier when I got the cake. I just told them something simple and maybe something with dirt bikes and they did great. Thanks!

Worst customer service…..I order a banana split and pay for it. The girl at the starts making it and says she is out of bananas. I say just make it without bananas as a Sunday. She hands it to me and I ask for the price difference back. She says that she can give me something else but no refund in the price difference. I don’t need anything else, and she will not refund my difference. How can a business cheat you openly???? I am not even certain she understood English, and I assume her parents own the store……she was rude and cheated me out of money. I can understand why this sure gets no business, as we go to DQs at least twice a week. The one in 75th street is professional, nice and honest. This place is dishonest.

They must not like their customers. They have no place to sit and they have a sign out giving people snark about not taking too many napkins. Ice cream is good.
