This is not Subway, it’s a Mexican restaurant now and the lady who eventually took my order was busy on her phone before she asked me what I wanted, when I asked questions she didn’t just tell me, she pointed at the menu and said it’s up there. She couldn’t even stick around the register to make sure my card went through, and then I had to grab my own cup for my drink. What happened to customer service these days? Jeez, I won’t be coming back. Not recommended.

I have always had wonderful staff at this location! The staff is so patient and helpful! They are surprisingly not usually busy so I love going when I see culvers wrapped around out to the street! The only thing is need rotisserie chicken back!

Menu online was not updated well so 2 items were out of stock. Only thing saving from a lower review was the employees. They were very good at communicating the discrepancy and getting it fixed. Understanding and flexible.

Never ever go to this subway! Almost everytime I go staff are rude, they are out a lot of things and almost always make the sandwiches wrong. They charged me 2 times for my order and the manager refused to refund me. They are super rude and yell at their customers. I advice everyone just to save your time and money and pick a different subway!

Got here 5 mins before they closed. I stood there waiting at the counter but no one was there. Finally some came out from in back and said they were closed and was very rude, as if I was bothering them. How are you open till 8 but say you are closed before 8 and refuse to take a customer’s order? Unprofessional business practices. I don’t recommend going to this Subway.

Definitely better subways out there. Got my foot long in 2 separate paper bags on the bottom of my girls footlong that was actually wrapped. Nice people I guess but better Subways await

Came in almost 10 minutes before the closing time and they said they were closed and wouldn’t take our order. Once we were in the parking lot we saw them turn down 3 other customers. Terrible service.
