I ordered the Monster, which was supposed to be shaved beef, “crunchy” bacon, “double helping” of cheddar jack, peppers and onions. There was plenty of meat, undercooked bacon, sauce. I saw a few bits of cheese. I thought they skipped the veggies, but then my son pointed out the 3-4, paper-thin, 1″ slivers of peppers and onions swimming in the sauce. I said, “Oh, ok.” The beef was tasty. The cookie and chips were good. This is why I hate going to Subway. I am always disappointed.

I went in with my husband, We ordered a foot long number 6, as well as a kids ham and cheese sub. Allie “assistant manager” was the one who helped us, and I’m not really sure what the deal was. But first she rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned that she started incorrectly making our sandwich (we asked for a foot long and started to receive a 6 inch) she said “you said a 6 inch” I respectfully said no I ordered a foot long NUMBER 6, and our bread was like burnt on the top. Then afterwards just wrapped our sandwiches, and said nothing. Honestly she Was very unfriendly, and seemed to really lack proper customer service skills. And mind you they were not busy. There was 1 person in there besides us. I get everyone may have bad days, great. But don’t be rude and not courteous to others who did nothing wrong. And keep your personal life personal, and work, work.
