Very friendly staff who served me right away. The lady mismaid, my sub, and she let me keep it and remade my sub the correct way. I will be returning. This is a very good Subway location and I recommend it.

Customer service was not it. Very rude and short. When asked for more napkins because the dispenser on the floor was empty the Customers were told no. When brought to the staffs attention one of the flavors of soda was out there was a lot mumbling under breath, slamming of cupboards and just all around attitude. When we said how we wanted our sandwiches we were told no sauce 1st and made nothing but a mess. And only given 1 napkin.

I ordered cookies for my 2 grandsons when we stopped after soccer, one each. After they took everything out of the bag there were no cookies. I didn’t get the receipt but either way my grandsons were very disappointed. I don’t live anywhere near Frederick to even go back. Extremely disappointing!

Its not the location or the staff that I have a problem with.
It is the continouslly none functioning website. It is either not working period, or it has not placed my order, multiple times (7) after accepting it and charging my card. This has happened the past 5 attempts over the last 3 months. The management of Subway cooperation should be hiding in there closets because this is a total embarrassment on their behalf and suggests whoreshit customer service values, courtesy, and is well beyond a performance evaluation or public rating equivalent! Are they aware that there are millions of 7th and 8th graders In the world today, these are middle schoolers I am speaking of; who can, unscripted; develop a website, run an operating system, and monitor it’s database? These adolescent youth are not even of age to operate a motor vehicle on any ofour US infrastructure. I am certain that there are well over a few hundred thousand that would and it could, offer you and your staff a short term contract for consultation once they meet the age requirements under labor law’s.
That said, perhaps they would be willing to operate on the Subway’s cooperate infrastructure and not must support it from the bottom of your unstable funnel.
I will not be offering you my input below for yours or any of your clienteles demographic needs. Hopefully this will save in the filing fees and will benefit your current capabilities.

Service and food is always good but no reason they shouldn’t be able to take a $100 dollar bill. This is the second time. first time I had to go next door to get change (holiday) and they wouldn’t do it so I had to go all the way to the bank to get change just to get my sandwich. just get a counterfeit checker and a safe for extra money to make change.

Stood in line for a good 10 minutes before an employee even came to help us. They had nothing stocked so I had to try something I didn’t even really want, my boyfriend then wanted a roasted chicken they didn’t have that so he had a rotisserie style chicken, they didn’t have enough of that so the young girl working had to go in the back to get it. She didn’t come back, seriously. So the other girl had to finish my sandwich mind you there’s about 4 other people in line behind me. So we just said nevermind on my boyfriend’s sandwich and I quickly paid for mine. I get home to have my sandwich it was literally disgusting! The produce tasted old like it had been a couple days since they replaced it. About 20 minutes after eating less than half of the sub I was quite Ill. I’ve worked at plenty of subways and have been to many this is my first terrible experience. Will never go back to this location. Too young of workers as well, they don’t know how to correctly make a subway sandwich.

This was the first time ever that I’ve had to throw a Subway sandwich in the garbage. Frederic used to be my favorite Subway but it has really gone down hill in quality and service. Tonight was the last straw. The workers were slow as molasses, and they couldn’t have possibly cared less about the customers. It was 3 hours before closing and they had let most of the vegetables run low which showed how dirty the bottom of the food bins were. The onions were so incredibly strong they weren’t edible. Really awful. The spinach was wilted and brown tipped. There were four pickles in the bin and unidentified floating debris!
The tomatoes were gross. But worst of all was the soda dispenser. Filthy and smelled. I wont be going back for a long time.
