The manager went above and beyond for me and my kiddos today. I’ve never had better customer service or more neatly made sandwiches from a Subway. She was patient with us, wrapped my kids’ shared footlong pieces individually, offered us water cups with lids to turn them into sippy cups for my littles and more. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and made our lives a little brighter today. I would ignore the earlier reviews, she said she took over just 6 months ago or so. Give them a try!

I have ordered subs 3 times from this subway and everytime they were fresh and tasty. The best bread I have had at any of the local Eau Claire Subways.The workers are always friendly too! It is also in Walmart so super convenient!

I would like to say the woman behind the counter did an awesome job. It’s around 430 on a sat afternoon and the only one working. She handled the amount of people she had i didnt hear one person complaining about the small wait.

We had to wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to even show up to help us and we where the only ones there at the time, The lady barely listened to us. We had to repeat multiple times our order, my wife ordered crispy bacon and she gave her Soggy bacon that was cooked with the chicken, this lady just was out of it and didn’t seem to care much.

Why is it that nobody works here?All but one lady who clearly struggles doing the whole workload by herself, I have never been able to even get a sandwich due to the computer’s locking Her out or super extended long Wait and by that only two people ahead of me cuz again only one worker. Very irritating. Stood 10 min in line waiting for a slow speed worker to finish up a customer ahead of me. After she was done, she didn’t even acknowledge me and started an online order. When I asked if she saw me, she said “ya, but this order came first.” Although I do understand, I’m not waiting 15 plus minutes for a 6 inch meat and cheese sandwich. Ended up telling her I was gonna leave cause I was too hungry to wait. She says “ok.” No hesitation whatsoever to turn me away.
I ended up going to Walmart deli and buying food there. Only to check out and walk by Subway and see she was still working on that online order.

I know this is a Walmart subway but they still didn’t meet my low expectations. I ordered a sandwich on their app just for it to be canceled 5 minutes before it was suppose to be ready, then since I was already there I went in and ordered the same exact thing and they weren’t out of anything or anything. The small statured man cancelled my order for no reason and then ignored multiple items I asked on my sub while I saw right in front of me they had it right in front of him. After all that just for the guy to get mad at me for waiting for a mistake he made when I was standing there patiently waiting for something he messed up. This location has single handedly made me understand how Karen’s feel.

I love Subway, but was treated very rudely at this location. The middle-aged lady with short hair behind the counter complained steady and was rude to her co-worker who was doing his best to stay upbeat. I ordered the new pulled pork with chili corn chips as did the lady behind me and the clerk sighed heavily and rolled her eyes stating that they were short on corn chips and she was now going to have to take time that she didn’t have to go in the back and find some. The line was long as it was lunch time on a Saturday, we were all fine with waiting in line, but the lady at the counter made me want to leave and go elsewhere. If it wasn’t for my granddaughter that was with me and hungry, we would have left. I will not be visiting this location again.
