My family and I stopped in for the first time at this location on December 5, ‘22. Just as we walk in the person behind the counter (name tag said Katie) glared at us. I smiled at her and she looked like she was really annoyed that we had walked in. I figured she was having a bad night so I was very kind and ignored it. She was polite through the sandwich process but I noticed the vegetables were in disarray and not properly stored in the line. The drainage plastic was on top of the veggies instead of being under them. I know this because I helped manage a Subway and I’m very particular with food safety.

I almost never review fast food chains unless they are bad, as they have so many reviews. But, we stopped here in a pretty bad mood as we had been in the car for literally hours and after walking in we were greeted kindly and warmly, the inside is well kept and beautiful, (very modern,) and the sandwich artist was professional, friendly, and made our food with care. Overall our visit today was outstanding and needed to be reviewed. I would highly recommend this Subway if you need a quick and refreshing bite.

My sandwich was made with a strange sauce. Typically chicken teriyaki I believe comes seasoned, but this location uses the plain chicken and adds a sauce which is disgusting. Chicken was also Luke warm or cold. I should have returned the sandwich. Generally there is always an issue with this location. I was in a hurry and decided to try again. Won’t be back.

Staff greeted us with a friendly smile. Floors and tables and bathrooms were very clean. She made us a great sandwich. Very unique store. Would definitely come back again. Was a very nice dining experience.
