The gentleman working this morning (the one with two sons of his own) is employee of the year. He was extremely personable and listened well. Thank you for creating an incredible experience.

The lady that took my order did not have compassion. She did not want to cut up my salad for me after I forgot to have it cut up. I apologize to ask for it it up and asked she said if I would of asked for a chopped salad prior she could of and I just left it be and del upset that she couldn’t of even when I didn’t asked for it. Why would I want to chew apart big pieces of salami or pepperoni. I would have just cut it if the customer asked so they see you care for the service.

There was only one worker in the Walmart Subway..the other employee was late or a no show. This woman did a great job taking care of her customers. She had a wonderful attitude and remained very friendly and never lost her smile.

Once again, I tried using coupons to lower my cost at Subway; only to be told they don’t accept coupons at either locations in Rhinelander. With the high prices at Subway, it is only affordable with the coupons or daily specials that they got rid of as well. I’ve always liked Subway, but it has become less affordable and less healthy over the years.

We ordered online. We didn’t get our drinks. We were charged regular price for our 2 subs instead of the $5 if you order 2. The salad dressing was put on the salad instead of on the side as ordered.

I’m super confused by this place. The training seems to be different for each employee because no one is one the same page.

I ordered a footlong pro spicy Italian, I wanted it with pepper jack cheese and then I wanted to “Add On” fresh mozzarella which the sign in the store says cost $1.80. The cashier stops the person making the sandwich to tell me it’s not $1.80 but it’s instead $1.80 plus an additional $.90 for “Extra cheese”. It’s explained to me that because I’m not exchanging my normal cheese for the mozzarella there is an additional charge.

I tell them the sign says “add on” for $1.80 not exchange or uprage. The cashier says “your not understanding what I’m saying” and repeats herself regarding the additional charge on top of the $1.80.

It was very confusing and frustrating because I’ve never been charged that way at any other subway. In the end I had them simply take the mozzarella off my sandwich. Either the sign needs to be clear that this is an up charge and not an add on option. Or the training here needs to be better.

When I get bacon on my sandwich they don’t charge me for the bacon and then double meat because I’m not exchanging one of the other meats for the bacon. Should be the same with the mozzarella, either its a “add on” as advertised or an exchange with up charge. This place had a 5 star rating from me until today, but honestly this experience was super frustrating. Last thing I wanted to do today was low key argue about a sandwich lol
