The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. She tossed my completed sub onto the counter when I had to explain to her that I didn’t want just vegetables on my sub. I requested a veggie Max which is in the back refrigerator. She stated that they’ve never carried a veggie Max which is an outright lie. The main manager had even told me that, it’s not a front it’s in the back of the refrigerator. So when a customer asks for it they need to go back and find it. The young guy that was working with her just kind of like shrugged and didn’t know what to say instead of standing up and saying yeah they’re back there. So she says oh I thought you just wanted vegetables on and I said why would I order a sub with just vegetables. She said well I didn’t know what you meant, really? Then why didn’t you clarify. Then I told her to make it into a cold cut combo. She threw the meat on top it wasn’t even mixed in with anything she should have just started over but she didn’t. Then when she wrapped it up she tossed it on the counter like I was second class, second-rate customer. Whether or not they stopped serving the veggie Max they’ve actually had it there that was the only place I could get it the manager had even stated that all subways have it. She was rude as soon as we walked in. We will never go there again.

My job is right by this subway and I’ve been ordering there alot on the weekends I work and also at times my coworkers have me a sub to pick up for them. Well, so far over 2 yrs and no complaints really. It always clean inside and out. 98% of the time the subs are great unlike fatzo’s. it’s best to get the app thou. And it’s only a $1.50 for extra meat.

It’s a typical Subway. The quality of your sandwich depends on who’s working that day. If you get an older worker, you’re in luck, as you’ll get a better product. You’re better off going to the store to watch your sandwich being made. If you ask for a vegetarian sandwich, they’ll skimp, and you will end up with mostly bread. You’ll want more cheese and just about everything you’ll want.

There were two women behind the counter and one was incredibly hostile and throwing things around, interrupting our order, etc. The other employee was great and apologized for the other women’s actions when she went in back. Not sure what that was all about, but beware that it’s a hostile environment.

Do not place an online order here. They gave me a pickup time and when I arrived at the time, they told me they needed to start the order yet and it would would be another 15 mins. Until they got it ready. So between the initial pickup time and the extension on their behalf, 4 sandwiches took 45 minutes to make. I tried to find a table in their lobby (I was only person there) and they were all covered in debris from past meals. Some lengthy time by the looks of it as it…. I ordered a build your own sub, when I asked for yellow mustard I got a different kind, maybe not even mustard. I asked for pepper jack cheese and got provolone. And as well as I asked for extra mayo and there is as well as none. I got little to no toppings at all. Worst sandwich I’ve eaten from subway ever.
