This location picks and chooses which coupons it wants to accept! Brought in a valid bogo footlong sub coupon and was told the owner decided to no longer accept it. If you are going to have coupons sent out to area residents make sure you are going to honor them!

I frequent this location and as a regular customer most of the staff is usually very friendly. There is one girl who works there, Jane, who is extremely rude to the point where if I see her working I won’t go in. Jane has made inappropriate comments about my clothing and about what I order. Unfortunately this evening when I went to this location I didn’t see she was working until I was almost finished ordering. She came out of the back, glared at me, looked to Lea, and then Lea was rude to me the rest of my experience. It’s to the point where Jane won’t verbally acknowledge me (which is preferred) but she’s affecting the way other employees act. Someone like Jane shouldn’t work with people.

The store was nice and clean and the sandwich artist making my sandwiches did a really good job of making sure it wasn’t sloppy and I wasn’t going to have a ton of extra condiments when I unwrapped it. You could tell that she took pride in her work. I also got the broccoli cheddar soup and it was delicious will definitely get again!

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever had to deal with. They didn’t know what they were doing and I stood in line for what seemed to be 20 minutes and still didn’t get a chance to order food for my family so I walked out. Will never go to this location again. Not impressed.

Subway in Reedsburg, WI was very clean. The staff which consisted of a young man & young woman were very courteous, friendly and speedy. I went in there tonight on a Wednesday around 8pm, it was snowing pretty good but I was glad to see they were still open because I had not made dinner so was looking for something filling & fast. I would recommend Subway in my town to everyone I know! Thank You Subway Staff!
