My mom and I stopped by during a lull, and the two men who served us were quite pleasant. They talked to us while making our sandwiches and were polite all the while. Our sandwiches were very delicious. Overall, a great experience!

Only go here if you want the absolute worst customer service. Jason is the rudest fast food employee I’ve encountered. Touched the glass and did not know it was a capital offense. He yelled at me. He did not kindly ask me to remove my hand which I would have done had I realized. Customer service requires kindness. Jason needs to be fired. I am not a person to just complain about a service experience, but my family has had several encounters with this same employee. He yelled at my brother for wearing open toed shoes and said he wasn’t allowed in the subway with those kinds of shoes. This Jason guy is messed up. I have never heard of a restaurant yelling at customers in this way.

Came to this area with a Coach Bus full of Kids. (I love to scare staff with a surprise full load! Of course all of the kids went to Culver’s but I happily patronized. The two Youbg lady’s working here on 10.11.22 Were amazing. Excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience. Very sociable and hard working to keep things in order in the restaurant.

Wasn’t impressed with the service. Felt employee want too friendly, felt he talked down to me and was very pushy . Didn’t even get in the door completely and said what can I get started for you. Can’t I look at the menu? Nothing was fresh cut all cut already so don’t advertise as a company you fresh cut your meats. Just didn’t feel like a a place would come back to!! Very uncomfortable! Won’t be coming back.

Huge shout out to this crew for their excellent customer service! They’re always friendly and fast, and I’ve never walked in to find the place anything but clean. Even when I’ve witnessed them have to deal with unreasonably difficult customers, they are nothing but kind and accommodating.

Employees were friendly and food was good but there is no air at all, I cannot Beleive business owners would be so greedy to not have air conditioning for the customers not to mention the poor employess that have to work in that environment. Absolutely disgraceful, Will be contacting corporate.

Rudest gentlemen ever. This is not the 1st time. He mumbles. When you ask him a question he is sarcastic. I asked the price of sodas he said they’re on the menu. Well dah, thank you very much for your poor customer service.

I enjoy the guy the help me there ,very good sense of humor and he made me laugh while he was fixing four sandwiches and three salads. And he did a very awesome job I should have gotten his name thank you to the guy that help me Tuesday early morning.

My salad order was accidentally made wrong. She quickly remade the salad and then was compelled to buy my salad for making me wait a little while longer(no big deal). I refused having her pay for it as people make mistakes…but it was a great gesture and appreciated!

my husband and I went into the Columbus subway on sunday, as we walk in we were greeted very nicely. 2 younger kids, one young man with a green shirt and a younger lady with a black subway shirt. They made the food fast and quick with great customer service. while we ate inside there was a older gentleman that was struggling to get out his car and while walking to the front door is was having a hard time getting up the step/ being able to open the door. The younger kid in the green shirt walked over to the door and assisted the older gentleman inside the building. Some of the best customer service i’ve witnessed. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Recommend this place to anyone!!
