7-31-25 Ordered online for pick up at 12:05-thought I selected Lake Mills, IA but somehow it went to Lake Mills, WI when I arrived at the subway in IA they informed me they did not have an order for me& looked at my confirmation& told me to call WI right away which I started calling them at 12:03 no one answered until 12:12 & the woman was very rude when I explained what happened& asked if they could refund my money( she said she would have to ask her manager) then she said you need to pay closer attention next time cuz it will tell you if its not in your area which that may be true if I ordered from my phone but I ordered from a desk computer-I have tried calling since to talk to the manager & no one answers the phone-they have not refunded my money

By far the best Subway! I travel a lot and have experienced many Subway experiences. This is consistently a high vibe atmosphere with friendly staff and a tightly run ship. I will even deal with being hungry and wait until I can make it to this one for the ease, positivity, and getting my order made the way I like it.

Sarah was just amazing to work with, she made ordering, scheduling and picking up/paying simply seamless.
Subs were awesome, ham, turkey and roast beef, with all the toppings in seperate containers for folks can build what they want.
Highly recommend them for any size event!!!

Subway does not care about the environment. Recycling and trash were the exact same bin, they’d rather destroy our planet than have to take out an extra waste bin. Disappointed but not surprised 🙁

I’ve had a few bad experiences here. At the most recent visit we tried to order 2 subs online. When we got there to pick it up (5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready) it wasn’t ready yet because they had put the meatballs away for the night (3+ hours before they closed?!) After a few minutes of waiting we just asked them to cancel the order (since they didn’t even start the non-meatball sub yet). They tried not to refund us 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready! We finally got it after some pushback, but after a long day, the last thing you want to do is wait 15 minutes for subway.

Definitely not “eat fresh”. My bread was crumbly and dry. At least day old (or more.) Worst bread at a sub shop I’ve had. Sandwich maker was chatty.
