This location almost consistently tries to up, charge me for the food that I order, if I hadn’t recently gone to a different Burger King and realized what I should be paying for my order I might not have caught it. Now I make them redo my order so that it comes out to the correct lower price saving over $10. Be super careful When you are ordering here because I am not sure what is going on.

At 4:24pm on April 12, 2025, I placed an order in the BK app and within a few minutes picked up my order. I live close, but when I got home, the food was uneatable. The original chicken sandwiches were dark and soaked with oil. The fries were no better.
I called the restaurant and no one answered so I filed a ticket within the app. For numerous days, when I checked, it stated that due to a larger than usual volume, there was a delay. After a few weeks, I checked the app ticket again and it was changed to “Resolved” despite nothing being done. Since they changed the status to Resolved, I am unable to reply. I have spent days trying to locate any Burger King customer service and none exists.
Whoever marked my issue as resolved should be fired or forced to eat that slop they sold me cooked in old, disgusting oil.

When I arrived at the drive-through, I was informed that they would take exact change only. Then when I placed my order, I was told that they were out of hamburger meat. How does Burger King run out of hamburger meat? If they ran out of the size I wanted, a Whopper Junior, I feel they should have offered me a regular whopper. I left immediately and went to the McDonald’s next door.

I went today (11/10/25) at 3pm and was treated very rudely through the drive through.
Granted I was taking some time to place my order but the worker was impatient and began to snap on me. Especially in customer service, I feel like no one should be treated this way, having an employee screaming at them through the drive through for not ordering quick enough. There was no one else in the line so im not sure why this employee was getting agitated and in a rush. I thanked them for their time and drove to McDonald’s next door.
Very disappointed.

I have tried so many times with this restaurant, but I give up. I really prefer Burger King‘s food when it’s made right to McDonald’s. The problem I’ve had here repeatedly as a order of things on the app and then you get to the restaurant and they don’t have it. I’m only that but they can’t give you a refund for anything you have to go in the app and contact customer service and wait 2448 hours for them to send you an email in a refund. I’m done.

It took a few minutes for my food to come out but it looked like there were only two people working at 8pm. But they did their thing and they definitely made up for it… that was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I couldn’t believe it for Burger King… nice big burgers cooked to perfection with plenty of condiments on it!

i come here often and i like the guys who work here, theyre friendly and get your food out to you, and particularly the cheesy tots always come straight out the fryer which is really nice. i dont have bad experiences here, if my foods been messed up theyve fixed it no problem, the inside is always clean and neat, they keep the bathrooms totally pristine, its hard to complain about this place. its fast food, im not complaining about the $2 burger im willingly buying
