Had one car in front of us who gave their order back so instead of having the person pull up they just had them sit and wait at the window. We pulled up and our food was not ready we were given our drinks and then proceeded to wait another five minutes with no apologies whatsoever once we were given our food they just said Thank you shut the window so we had to wait for them to look over and see us so we could ask for our sources which we weren’t given very rude children and 20 minutes wasted. Every single time i go there, i plan to have to approach them about getting my order wrong. Doesn’t matter how busy or not busy they are. My husband went to pick up a couple burgers and some onion rings for me. Of course he gets hime and theres cheese on them. After he told them 3 times no cheese. The receipt says no cheese. The lettuce on the one was the hard round stump from the lettuce head. Wth are they even doing over there? Next time i want burger king id rather drive all the way to the one on rt 70. Id probably get home faster anyway since this location you have to go inside for it not to take a half hour with only 1 car in front of you. And idk whats taking so long anyway. The burgers are ALWAYS cold. It makes no sense. Any why tf did my burger taste sweet? That bothered me. I was really hungry and needed to eat at that point so i did eat it but it did make me a little nervous like burgers arent supposed to be sweet. I usually qrite funny reviews, but i dont find anything funny about this. And yea, i was a fast food employee for a long time. And i get that its irritating when people complain. But u know what else is irritating? A place getting your food wrong, getting annoyed at you for DARING to tell them they did it wrong, and then when u get it, it sucks. Thats also annoying. I should have just gotten mcdonalds. Its right next door and when they get something wrong they fix it and its hot when u get it. Ive never waited more than 15 mins in line there and thats with a busy lunch rush drive through.

Ordered on the mobile app at 6:10 for drive thru pick up and sat at the window for 30 minutes waiting for my food. I saw about 5 cars leave the drive through. I’ve experienced long waits every time I go to this location.

They run out of food and drink on often. I have tried to look passes because my kids love their fried but enough is enough. Chic-fil-a they are not. Always less cars than McDonald’s and somehow it still takes longer for me to get food.

The place itself as of 2023 is nearly brand new, having been reconstructed from a former Wendy’s that occupied this site a few years ago. My review concerns my experience with the drive thru service, which for my couple of visits has been lousy. Both times I’ve visited have been in the evening with only one, maybe two cars at most in line ahead of me. For every visit I’ve encountered extended wait times in getting my food after placing my order. I’m talking close to 12 – 15 minutes plus the last time. There was little to no dining room business to keep staff busy to necessitate that delay. From the numerous negative reviews it seems obvious this location has some operational issues after its launch which need addressing.

For the love of God I’ve never seen a sadder excuse for a company. They let every BK in the area get to a point where it’s hardly a functioning establishment. Closing down early, short staffed constantly, grill was down one day. Please take your business anywhere else.

Riley Neupauer….The absolute best customer service and putting customer first. I was ordering things at random and he organized my order allowing me to save money finding ways to make it combos out of what I was ordering. Very kind and professional voice and made sure I had everything I needed. Repeated my order was very kind and calm. This location is supposed to be open until 10 pm. Kitchen lights are on and management room is open from what I can see through the drive thru. I had an ubereats order for pick up that I couldn’t receive due to this location having all doors locked and nobody inside to assist me and the car behind me. We sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with no response. In the rain I had to get out my car and knock on the drive through window. Ridiculous
