Just ordered 2 footlongs and they are amazing! The gal with dark hair and glasses was by herself, lobby was empty, ingredients were fresh and she was very precise and spot on with the amount sauce! She was also very knowledgeable about the reward program. I didn’t catch her name but she did a great job!

I went to get two foot long subs, no problem waiting in line being 5th, male with long bleached unkept hair asked if we all had online orders, we all responded no, he cussed verbally out loud. one lady said maybe that’s a good thing! i said i hope you guys make good tips! he sighed and rolled eyes. got to my turn and he says there’s not enough meatballs to make a sub, his coworker said can we get some more and he sighed and said no. i walked out. poor attitude and unkept hair/facial hair. do better

Service was fast but the food was awful when I went. I went with friends and one of them got tuna on their sandwich, the tuna was warm. All the meat on my sandwich was warm, so we’re all the vegetables. I think the only cold thing on my sandwich was the mayonnaise.
One of my friends ended up with stomach issues later on which was a less than fun experience camping in tents.
Staff didnt seem super happy we were there and just wanted us gone.
Overall bad experience.

Are we invisible? Just walked in, and then out, of the Dodgeville subway restaurant. Walked up to the counter ready to order. We were the ONLY 2 customers in the store. There were three employees behind the counter. We stood in front of them for about 5 minutes while they ALL commenced to ignoring us completely. Every one of them made eye contact with us, so I know they knew we were standing there right in front of them. Eventually, we turned and slowly walked out and no one said a single word to us. That is just pitiful, pitiful, non-existent service. Definitely not any way to run a business.

The only reason I gave them 1 star was because they didn’t have .000001 star on there. Apparently you don’t have to know how to read to work there. I don’t blame the weekend workers though I blame there parents

Made an online order got half cooked chewy bacon cuz apparently it took much time to cook my bacon off the bread when toasting the sun when I didn’t want it toasted when I go in person never have a problem but they are sloppy and lazy with online orders

We ordered our food online and when we received it EVERYTHING was burnt. Both of our sandwiches were burnt along with the cheese inside of our sandwiches, and we tried the footlong dipper which was also burnt. For a $30 meal, it sucks that more than half of it was inedible.

Very happy with our experience, I had a 5yr old and 18 month old there for dinner. 18 month old loves to hear himself scream and I apologized repeatedly for him behavior. I was told not to worry about it. All the staff was amazing and cleaning in-between waiting on customers.

11.28.2022 Ordered two subs online and neither one of the subs had any dressing such as; Honey mustard sauce or yellow mustard on either of the subs as ordered. I travel for work often and need to eat at restaurants or have my food picked up from restaurants. Having food ordered and picked up from restaurants from all restaurant chains has been a challenge having orders made correctly.
