bummer they discontinued the flatbread. I thought it was strange that after I tapped my card and it appeared to be going through, the employee restarted the transaction and told me I had to “select an option on the screen” before paying, aka mandatory tip?? Hopefully that wasn’t the case but it still felt off

My friend and I went here for lunch recently and it was terrible. They covered the glass case so you could not see the meat and cheese and only see the vegetables. We both had very little meat on our sandwich only two slices and very little cheese. Meat was so thin it was like tissue paper. Freshness of vegetables was marginal. Our bread was half baked and was like eating raw dough . Do not recommend this subway they are ripping people off with their garbage .

This place is THE WORST! Do you know how mad someone has to be to just to create an account so they can leave a review on a Subway? The owner gives you attitude if you try to use a coupon from the mail. Please watch them as they put the food on your sandwich. They will skimp out on everything. You have to remind them to put the full amount on there.
Finally, I got to the register, the guy took my coupon but still charged me full price. I called him out on this, and only then did he say the coupon was expired. He said he would only change the price if I reordered the sandwiches online with an online coupon attached. So I sat in the store for 20 minutes doing this, just for him to say “No discount for you. We do not accept the coupon here.”
Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of different Subway locations all over town. This location is THE WORST!

The food was fine. The service however, was questionable to say the least. There was a coupon offered that the young lady who was working told me I could not redeem. A white woman walked in behind me and redeemed a coupon. The same woman working said verbatim “I will make an exception for you, but normally we don’t accept this coupon.” It’s a shame that in 2024, buying a sub sandwich means I’ll encounter racism. I will not be spending my money here again and I suggest you don’t either.

Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.
The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. He told the cashier I’ll pay for his meal and said to the guy sir this one’s on me. That just made my heart full of joy to see such a moment!!

So many subways around milwaukee have awful reviews, I went with north Ave today since they had the best reviews and it did not disappoint! The workers were very nice and gave good portions. My new subway go to!!
