My husband ordered online and went to go pick it up at 6:30. They don’t close until 7 so I’m not sure why the doors are locked and the workers stood there and smirked as he was trying to tell them he was there to pick up his food. He tried to call and they laughed and walked away from the phones mind you he is right there watching all of this. Completely unprofessional and hopefully I can actually get ahold of someone tomorrow to get it refunded cause we don’t want the soggy sandwich anyways

I have been here 10+ times and I feel that it’s great food. I can always count on the subway to be open.

I’ve been to this Subway a number of times yet I can’t think of one time we had good service. The two final straws were when my husband and I went in there. I ordered Broccoli Chedder soup and when I got it I instantly knew it was old. You could tell it had separated and it tasted bad. It had a sour taste to it. I let the young girl know who was working there and asked for something else. I got another sandwich but she made me pay for it. I will gladly pay for edible food but I should not have been charged for the soup that was inedible. The last time we went there we got there at 6:30 and they closed at 7. We sat down to eat our food and the middle aged women working there kept reminding us that she was trying to close. We took that as our hint to leave. Haven’t been back since.

I’ve lived in the bay for 2.5 months. I’ve gone to this subway 3 times – but have only been able to get food once.
Just left there – 8:15 pm. Apparently they’re “closed.”
The sign says they close at 9 and I mentioned that to the lady and she said “really? Today???”
This has happened to me twice, well before the time they close.
I wish I could get off of work early too, but unfortunately that’s not how it works in the real world.

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had stale bread at a subway. $19 for 2 6 inch, two chips and a drink. Plus a $3 tip for the kids. This was the most horrible subway experience I’ve ever had. The one thing that makes Subway great is the warm fresh bread. $20 down the drain. I’ll never go to the subway again.

The best overall location in southern WI! We frequent this location several times a week and the service of the friendly staff and the quality of the delicious food is consistently perfect. Not to mention, the always clean spotless clean store!

Very professional and fast service. Called us generic though for all getting turkey. Smelled kinda weird.

Ordered a chicken footlong and recieved so little chicken I would have gotten more from a dollar McChicken. Poor service even worse food. The bread was most definitely stale. This subway needs new management.

I have always had great service at this Subway. The bread is always fresh. This is one of the few Subway locations where I’ve never had hard and/or somewhat stale bread.
