Pretty sure the gal who works there hates her life… and decided to take it out on my poor sandwich. Place was clean, but bread a bit stale, cheese looked dried out, and customer service lacking. Tried to up-charge at the checkout thinking I wouldn’t notice.

I requested a small piece of bread with my soup and was told “I can’t do that as I have no way to charge for it”. Poor customer service IMO…she could have either given it to me for free as a good gesture or charged it under something else. Cousins will give you bread and butter at no charge. Won’t come back here for soup.
