We waited about 10 minutes while the employee was making sandwiches for, I’m assuming, an online order. The employee never greeted us or told us that it would be just a minute. We remained patient. While the employee was making sandwiches, another person that had been waiting for an online order left because he had been waiting so long. After 10 minutes, the employee finally looked at us and told us to wait 5 more minutes as he continued to make other sandwiches. Is it Subway’s policy to ignore customers that are in person to order while the employee fills an online order?

The man that made our online order didn’t make either of my 2 sandwiches correctly. My husbands cheesy philly sandwich had no cheese sauce and basically no i mean like no meat on it. There was the tiniest bit of meat on it and the guy wouldn’t even add more. He claimed it was the proper amount. And he doesn’t even know what marinara is ughhhhh. Not going here again unless I’m there to watch what they are doing

I try to frequent local businesses to support them. I received a coupon in the mail for Subway but when I went to place an order, I was told they were not participating. How silly! And sadly, I will never return. The subway next to Planet Fitness is participating and so I am taking my business there.

Thanks to the subway in burlington I have a nice close place to eat. I walk down their from runnings every weekend and they are always right away up and ready to serve me! The store manager their is supper cool and appreciate his hard work that he does! Keep it up guys!!!

Bread was chewy Not fresh.
Maybe 2 pieces of turkey for a foot long. I had spinach black olives onions and green pepper. Tasted terrible. Must be new owners it sucked!!

I’ve ordered here one once before, but this time the short balding man, was rude, rushing, and screwed up my sandwich literally as I’m telling he’s making it wrong. Language barrier issue?? He also helped a previous customer at the register and didn’t change his gloves. I almost walked away. Probably the owner. If you don’t like your job, get another dude. And you want a tip for being angry man at the sandwich shop? lol

Accidently placed an online order here, and it tuelrned out to be the wrong location. I called as soon as I knew and explained what happened. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, said they already made rhe sandwiches and it would charge my card anyways. Did not offer to help me figure who to call to get my money back, just very short and rude. Will not go to this subway, there are other around that will treat you right. No reason for the attitude, honest mistake.

I go to the subway right across the Walmart. They accept coupons and online codes as well! The subway in Walmart has signs saying no coupons or digital codes. The previous owners had it right and business on their minds, not greed. Will not be coming back to this Subway

The workers at this subway restaurant are fantastic! I can in during a busy time, and they were still working with a smile on their face. I wish I could remember their names, but unfortunately I cannot. Either way, a good place to get a quick bite to eat for a very affordable price!
