just a bad isea, I got a cold cut combo looked down after i bit it and said i did not order beef. That is how discolored the meat was. it was brwon rather then a pinkish. it all seemed old. I was to far down the road to turn around. Yuck!

I’ve been in there a few times since they got new employees and all i can say now is how kind and friendly everyone is! The sandwiches are put together way better than before and i feel much more comfortable there now!

This was a very delightful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. They greeted everyone that came into the restaurant. This is by far the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been in too! I almost forgot to mention, my sub had fresh bread, great ham quality & the toppings were fresh. The sub artist asked me if I wanted more of any toppings and assured I got my mayo to my liking! Keep up the great work 🙂

I had an online order. The sub that I ordered only had two slices of turkey and it wasn’t even toasted. I even asked the person if they toasted it and they said yes, and I come home to a soggy mess.

Please be aware when ordering from this location if you use the subway app…For example you’ll order a chicken bacon ranch sub but get no bacon you’ll ask for extra mayo all you will have is a load of mayo like overwhelmingly gross, ugh I give this location a chance time and time again bc its convenient for vernon but I will take my order to sunset waukesha or mukwonago from now on the husband and wife who took over the store seem very overwhelmed and they are understaffed idk whats going on hope to see this place thrive again at some point

I miss the old owners, and the two older lady’s working, they were nice and would make small talk with you while preparing your sub for you. The new owners are terrible, for starters you can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. You can no longer see the meat they put on your subs it’s covered by a piece of metel…. they don’t want you to see the nasty meat they are giving you. No one hardly goes there anymore because of poor management and language barrier. Kicking out the locals as always

Under new management. they had a hard time understanding each other food was ok, asked for a senor discount as some subways give, She just laughed at me. I did not appreciate that, if don’t give it fine just be nice and say so. No locale help , shame on them . I also heard they wont except coupons from past owner. ,small local store should hire local help. I won’t go back to this store.

This store is under new management. They will hardly load up your sub with the condiments you would like on your sub. This is the thinnest I’ve ever had. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Don’t waste your time going to this subway.
