This is by far the worst Subway I have visited. Subway is AMAZING with their coupon offers! Always use them! However !! This location refused My coupon for Buy One get One 6” Sub.
The owner stated that the cost on making a sub is to expensive for him so he doesn’t except them ! Then pointed at the sign!!’
And Rude about it!!
After looking at his garnish assortment was the final straw!! The spinach was wilted, lettuce was brown.
Apparently he is cutting corners on freshness also! I’m my opinion, it’s a
matter of time before someone gets sick. I tossed mine after one bit. Just couldn’t stomach it! Guess this is why his review rating is low!

The Food Here Is very tasty. Affordable and Super Good for A person. The Staff there was Kind and Helpful and The Place Was Clean and We will definitely Be Back. More Folks Should go to this subway for its Very Clean and the Folks were Kind.

The worst service you’ll receive at a fast food joint. Manager must hate his job because he is consistently miserable. Barely acknowledges customers outside of ringing the cash register. Don’t worry, you’ll get exactly one napkin as he can’t afford to provide anything but the bare minimum.

Whoever says the service is bad and the food is subpar doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I’ve been frequenting this location since I’ve moved to the area and I can say I’ve always had a positive experience. The employees are incredibly friendly and always have my order fresh and correct. If you’re in Sussex/Lannon looking for a quick sub this is a good spot to scratch that itch.

The man that works here is so rude. He just told me at 7:43 – you know I’m closed. As he is finishing my sub. I ask when they close and he says 8:00. Folks all over town talk about how rude he is. I try to defend this store but he needs some serious training. If business is down it’s because everyone says go to any other subway. I keep trying this one but it’s always the same. Food tastes fine, staff is just completely rude.

Despite the recent negative reviews about rude staff, I just stopped in today to pick up lunch (7/17/19). There was a young man and a young woman working and they were both 100% polite and professional and made a great sandwich. No complaints, happy with the experience.

Worst subway ever! The married couple are rude, disrespectful, and difficult. They correct my children and myself on how to order. Now they only take coupons exactly according to their terms and I’m wondering if they are scamming corporate. Example the buy one get one free is now according to them buy one get one half off. I will never again visit this subway. Interesting how many reviews point out how rude these folks are. They truly have no place in the service industry.

I live very close so like to stop after work. A new large quarterback size guy with dark hair took care of me. I have never been treated so rude in my entire life. Just made my skin crawl and wont go back there. EVER!
