First I ordered a pizza sub and on it they put very wet and watery marinara sauce on it then when they toasted it they had to do that twice because “the oven isn’t working today”. The store was disgusting and I was very disappointed that they put a Disgusting non clean messy place. She even judged my order when I asked for no vegetables on my sub she scuffed and said “really wow you sure” and she wouldn’t stop asking if I would want vegetables. It took her about 5 min just to ring up to subs. I would NOT Recommend this place. I’m probably going to get sick. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was next in line and the lady told me that she would not be able to serve me because she was going on break. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER, I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me that she couldn’t give me that info. I asked for her name and she said her name was “TASHA” and she wouldn’t give me any other information, this is bad service and as a “manager” why are you not scheduling employees so that the public can still get served when you take your break. How much MONEY is subway losing during those 30+ minutes?!!! This can NOT be good for business and I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE and the picture of HER is attached this is…TASHA
UPDATE: someone found our youtube channel from this review and commented to leave her REAL NAME, if her name is Jennifer then why would she give me the name TASHA. Also this customer said that she gave them FOOD poisoning by serving slimy veggies. Refer to the photos.

Online order. My sandwich was drenched in sauce and not edible. They do not answer their phone. I filed a online complaint and no one got back to me. They also didnt have the chips I ordered but didnt bother to mention it. So I wasn’t refunded for that. Terrible experience.

The employee was without a doubt the worst professional person I’ve ever encountered. I don’t care if you are a military veteran.. I don’t care what your political views are.. I don’t care what your religious beliefs are..I don’t care what your dietary issues are… I expect you to preform a simple task of fulfilling and order in a timely fashion instead of some 10 minute backstory and talking to yourself.. then giving me attitude when I ask a question because I don’t think you are focused on the task …. Will NEVER go here again….RUN!!!!!

I went into subway after a long hard day I had not eat anything in about 48 hours. I came in at 8:55pm (I know late given they close at 9pm, like I said bad day). Mike the manager was nothing short than kind, respectful, thoughtful, and very personable.. he made me laugh and gave me my sub for free we need more people like him in the world! Thank you Mike and I hope you get something special in return for making a girls day and probably week with just being an amazing human being ❤️

Went to grab a quick sub, with a 5 month old sitting in her seat waiting. Not only did it take 25 minutes of standing there because only 1 of the 2 workers were actually serving customers, the girl making the subs had zero sense of urgency with my yelling baby and a line forming. On top of the ridiculous wait time, she acted as if she was paying out of pocket for all ingredients, because she clearly didn’t want to grab more. For example, puts one2 inch long splattered line of southwest sauce, because the bottle was near empty. 3 slices of green pepper on a footlong sub.
To really set off this pathetic service & bread sandwich, she had long beautiful thick hair dangling over her sandwich making station. The visor was useless.

Tried ordering from whom I believe is a manager she was being a little cranky from the start but I was fine just wanting my sub then while I was ordering my sub I added that I wanted it toasted and she said “I already asked that” in a rude tone, then I asked again if it could be toasted and she put the stuff away and told me and my friends we can leave as she proceeds to walk in the back and not talk to us even when we asked for a name.
