Did a mobile order, picked up at 5:00PM drove home 5 miles away. 3 of the 4 subs were completely wrong. I called and spoke to the manager, she said to come back. I drove another 5 miles. She wasn’t even there. The employee named Magic called her, because she literally just left. Said to remake them, I said ok I would also like a refund because of the mistake I drove another 5 miles, and my time. She said she would be right back. I waited 25 mins in the lobby for her to return. After 15 of those mins, i asked the employee Magic to remake the subs in the mean time, he said no, that he didnt know what the managers plan was, walked away and laughed. I asked him again 10 mins later. He said nothing just walked away and laughed. I told them, i am pregnant, tired, and hungry. I do not have the time energy or patience to argue. I explained, she knew I was coming back why would she leave her employees to deal with it. He put his hands on his head said “omg” and walked away. She came back, threw her stuff loudly on the counter. Said loudly we will only refund and refused to remake the subs. I asked why, she said she wasn’t refunding them AND remaking them. I said ok, just remake them, and I will contact corporate. She said no, I dont have to. I asked for her name, she said I dont have to tell you that. (While reviewing other bad reviews, her name is in fact Jennifer. ) Said everything is recorded so they will see her side of the story. Even though she wasn’t even there. She left her employees to deal with the issue.
Not ONCE did anyone own up to the issue, there was no apology or accountability. When all this was done, it was 6:35.
Jennifer seems to be bringing business down, I hope the owners review comments and rethink their employee choices.

Came from out of town staying at the local hotel right there, went in well before closing time 2 hours before to be exact, young man working didn’t acknowledge the fact I walked in , never asked if he could help me or take my order, two young men working were to busy talking then to even acknowledge me as a customer, the bread was stale and toppings bare minimum despite asking for more …I will be contacting whoever runs this store because despite the time of day , customer service skills were zero here and if they can’t hire ppl with those minimal skills , and manners to speak to ppl maybe the higher ups need to kmow what’s going on…COMPLETELY Unacceptable! Maybe hire ppl who are competent and can do their job right its not hard to be nice and nor serve bread that was brick

I got ripped off through online ordering. Ordered a footlong egg and cheese and never got it. Got my 6 in spicy that I ordered, but they ripped me off otherwise. No refund was issued.

The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE EVER! I was next in line when the employee told me she couldn’t serve me because she was going on break. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I then requested contact information for someone above her, and she refused to provide it. When I asked for her name, she said it was “Tasha” but refused to give me any other details.
This is unacceptable service. As a “manager,” it’s your responsibility to ensure the public is still served while you take your break. How much MONEY is Subway losing during those 30+ minutes of downtime? This cannot be good for business. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, and I’ve attached a picture of her—this is “Tasha.”
UPDATE: someone found our youtube channel from this review and commented to leave her REAL NAME, if her name is Jennifer then why would she give me the name TASHA. Also this customer said that she gave them FOOD poisoning by serving slimy veggies. Refer to the photos.

Not a real Subway. Refuses to honor the sandwich of the day. Cheap franchise owner that does not deserve the business. I’ve been to subway all over the US and this is the very first location that refused to honor their promotion. There are many options out there. Don’t make this one. One of them.

Picked up an online order of a foot long chicken teriyaki and a foot long roast beef. Got home and there was NO CHICKEN in the chicken teriyaki and NO ROAST BEEF in the roast beef sub!!! I got two free subs, without an apology for the error! Terrible customer service and terrible management (if there is one)! Never again!!!

Absolutely horrendous. I was the first customer I could tell at 0920 cause the side trays weren’t open yet until she worked on my sub. The veggies were not even presentable. Lettuce was red soggy looking. I went with the risk and added onions which had no flavor at all. Weeks old? Spinach was wet and old. Green peppers were old with no taste. I got a flatbread steak egg and cheese toasted and the flat bread was soggy on top but bottom basically burnt and hard. Tasted like a Matza bread. Like the bread was weeks old? Literally nothing was fresh. Even the napkins were scratchy and felt like sandpaper. The meat was just eh. Then I’m walking around and most tables were not even cleaned. I use bathroom before I leave (nothing in trash first one to use it) and I drop something and wipe it off ground and the paper towel is COVERED in black dirt. Did night shift die? Did no one clean this place since 1992? Morning shift is just there like zombies. I get it’s just job to them but at least put out fresh ingredients. If I was the owner of this franchise I would be disgusted in myself. From this awful experience I will never go to a subway again in my life. Thank you for saving the rest of my life.

They just need to pay more attention to details. I’ve had food missing before. Or like today order through Uber eats and they didn’t put two veggies I asked for on my sub. My dasher informed me a change in my drink, but no one mentioned if they were out of what my sandwich was lacking…
