Terrible customer service the guy that took my order name was Zach and didn’t even greet me when I first came in. When I went over to him I asked for a cookie and he just stared at me like I was stupid. I had to crouch down to see his eye under his visor and ask if he could talk before he said a word to me. Then was rude when speaking to me. Absolutely unbelievable and should not be working in this line of work.

Went in with my friend for a quick lunch, we got the new foot long pretzel and they didn’t add salt or warm up the cheese. The covers were up so I couldn’t see my sandwich and somehow ended up with olives on mine and my friends sandwich wasn’t toasted like she asked (twice) the lady was rude and snappy will definitely not be going back.

I travel for business on a company credit card. I can eat wherever I want to eat. Much to the chagrin of my peers, I eat at Subway pretty often. The food is fresh and relatively healthy. This Subway was one of the cleaner ones, too. Get in, get a good meal, and get back to doing what you are supposed to be doing. Subways almost always help me accomplish that.

Came to store after app showed they were closed. When I showed that the app said that, I got told “we aren’t taking oine orders today”.The one employee who made our sandwiches was short when I asked her how we were supposed to use our coupons and was told “you can’t”. She didn’t smile or talk unless it was just to ask what we wanted on our sandwiches. My husband accidentally called the onions “sweet onions” and she put the sauce on before we could stop her. Then you could see in her demeanor and face that she was fed up over it. The girl doing the veggies and register didn’t smile once, and barely said two words to us. Someone needs to tell the employees that customer service sucks in this restaurant. If they are all like them, we won’t come back.

Not sure if they got new management, the experience was very pleasant. The employees communicated with eachother well. I also appreciated the fact that one of the employees asked of the sauce amount on the sandwich and if it was enough for me.
